If you ordered LPUX you should have got an email asking you to RSVP to this event. Have you read through this thread? Adam answered many of my questions regarding the summit so that information might help you.

I'm attending it. I just wanted to say that Adam is awesome, he has answered all my questions on LPL, LPA and the LPU. I think I should give him a break lol. I missed most of the chat but caught the end. He didn't say the tracklist but he said it's 10 songs we have not heard before (we already knew this) He said something about Pretend To Be, surely that won't count as 1 of the "unheard" songs?

Adam - does the Summit start at 11am on both days? On the Events page on LPU it just says 11am so I just wanted to clarify as I have to sort things out at work asap. Thanks for your help.

I wouldn't complain if it wasn't in London, please don't assume I would do so. I think 40$ is a reasonable amount for this event but obviously people will disagree. I understand your point but I just don't think we should discuss all that in this thread.

I'm not complaining though, that's the difference. This thread is directly linked to London/O2 and that is exactly what I'm posting about. If one person starts complaining about why LP couldn't do this in their country then everyone will start complaining too. This Summit is such a nice thing that the band are doing and everyone has the CHANCE of going which I think is great. It's up to your own individual circumstances if you can make it or not. The band have given EVERYONE the chance which I think is the most important thing.

Germany has many fans but I think the UK has many too. They have pretty much sold out all the UK shows and the O2 in London is almost iconic now so it seems like a good place to hold it. If you visit the lpu events page it shows that there the over 200 lpu members attending the first London show. Last time I checked, this show had the most lpu fans attending it. I do hope they do something special in Germany too as they are doing so many shows there.

No I joined from the link at the bottom of the LPU offer page so it didn't include the pass, I didn't know the other link was different lol silly me. Thanks man, this is a really good idea. Many people were/are very skeptical about LPUX so something like this just proves how amazing LPUX will be and I'm sure there will be many other events worldwide to please lpu'ers around the world

I just joined because my LPU9 membership expires in Feb 2011 so I was gonna renew it then but this Summit idea sounds awesome! Does that make a difference?

Adam - I've joined LPUX but how do I reserve a summit pass? does the pass cover both days? Edit: ok I read the email that it covers both days but on the LPU offer page it says "All current LPUX Annual members can RSVP for a FREE event pass to the LPU Summit.* Details coming soon" so when LPUX members get to RSVP we are guaranteed a pass?
