Yeah that guy is crazy though if he think someone would pay 50k for that. I mean Id have to be a multi-millionaire to spend that much for those tapes, we dont even know if they are good, or if they have unheard stuff. Supposedly they are 2:30 hours long so thats something but still 50k is way to much even for his career. He aint no Martin Scorsese. Itd be sooo funny if he doesnt have the tapes. The whole LP community is dying to get their hands on these tapes for years, itd be a huge troll if he doesnt have em in the first place lol.

As I said Hunting is all about having a good lead, a good WAY of finding it. I dont see a way to get those tapes other than paying that guy and I dont happen to have 10k to spare lol. If you have a lead though Im down, let me know.

Im totally down for a Xero Hunting Vol.3 . The thing is there is a ton of things out there and its not a matter of choosing to pursue the one I like most but which ones can be found. I mean Id love Pictureboard but there is no lead to it, so where would we look? So Im open to suggestions tbh, if you guys have an idea for something and HOW we can find it, PM me Im in.

Yeah im curious af what they sold indeed xD. As you said this is 100% fake, however there MIGHT be some truth in it, you never know. Like maybe the live happened indeed and just the tracklist is bs. Yes of course but I meant like known copies, cause one guy already has his and now this person said that he knows someone that is waiting for his. So that makes it 2 lol. Of course all these kind of promo cds exist in a few hundreds maybe. For record labels, record stores, radio stations, etc. But I meant like literally copies that we know people have. I actually think that Stick N Move is the most luckily to have been studio recorded. As you said it became Runaway and we also have the Stick And Move instrumental demo, which means the band worked on it for years, so I believe there must be a version of it studio recorded, maybe not the same as the Xero Tape, maybe with a couple big changes but still, I think such version probably exists. And tbh I really hope it does, Stick N Move is my favorite Pre-Linkin Park track.

Its not about that. The track exists and LPL wants to release it but LP said no. After Chester's passing LPL has to contact the band's management before releasing anything.

Νope it was before, even Closing that was released a couple months after the other 2, still before. Plus the first two tracks were posted by me and Almamu, it wasnt an LPL release so the band wasnt even contacted or anything. But when they were posted Mike was ok with it, made some tweets about em. Obviously there were problems, that's why both are no longer available. Wait so there are 2 existing copies? Ik for a fact that one guy has already gotten a copy, so if you know someone waiting for one then there must be 2 copies, right?

Since I got a couple dms for this project. I decided to reopen it once again. Seems like hunting is never ending till we find this! Some people pmed me and are interested in joining and Im sure some of the members from older installations of the team would love to get back to hunting. Mentioning you two since you showed interest recently.

Thanks a lot but nothing new. Its known that it was featured in this episode. There is even the clip from it. Plus imdb just credits the song for this episode. The song wasnt included in the tv series official soundtrack. It is The Crow. Brother's Keep is just the episode that the song was featured in.

Im not defending the leak really. I understand all the reasons that a leak hurts the band and the label. What I'm saying is, shit happens, it happened this one time, trying to erase from the fans minds that the song ever leaked isnt helping, thats all Im saying. Otherwise I completely understand everyone's stand in this, just saying that this anger the fans for no reason really. No matter how hard they try to erase the song's existance we won't forget it so it just doesnt help.
