Who cares about STP tour. LP IS BACK!!!

Yeah, but I loved that hiatus, because we got a absolutely fantastic album out of the process. Also, MTM was the first time the band had absolutely changed and evolved, so they probably wanted to perfect it before they released it to the world. That being said, I am fine with waiting 2 years between albums, as opposed to 4 with MTM. LIVING THINGS came out in June 2012, I imagine that the 6th album will come out right around that time next year, and with August being a target, June may very well be the date. This is surprising news, but the band HAS been working on new music for most of this year so far, and Chester will come in and do vocals and stuff not that the STP tour is pretty much done except for a few dates. They still probably have a lot of work to do, but I bet the album is taking shape as we speak.

New album maybe Spring/early Summer. Great. I hope they do a US tour, like Honda Civic Tour again. It was great in 2012. I think by that confirmation that they will be touring in August that they might start with the US, it would make sense, then have the rest of the year to tour other places, as well as 2015.

It would be awesome if the album came out late Spring, and they could do a Summer tour in the US, then hit up tons of different countries and places for the rest of the year, as well as half of 2015, and then do one last Summer tour in the US to wrap it up. Kind of like the MTM tour but instead of 3 US tours, don't do a Winter tour in the US and play in maybe the UK or something instead.

I just prefer the Hybrid Theory/Meteora/Minutes To Midnight music videos over the A Thousand Suns/LIVING THINGS/A Light That Never Comes music videos.

In a move that likely catches a lot of the fanbase off guard, Chester said yesterday in an interview that Linkin Park is preparing for a world tour in 2014 and that it will be a "very Linkin Park heavy year". He added that the band has almost "20 things prepared" for next year. Additionally he said that Stone Temple Pilots will have more stuff coming next year as well! Don't care enough to tune in to all these radio happenings, so if rips come out online later on, great, if not, oh well.

Trust me, I can already tell I will not like the music video based off of those two pictures alone, and maybe even the fact that Joe/Ghost Town Media are working on the video. Just personal preference, those style of music videos aren't my cup of tea. I like band performance music videos with themes that relate to the lyrics, much like what you see in a lot of alternative band's music videos, or even rock or metal.

I'm happy that the STP members and Chester know that LP is #1 priority and I'm happy that Dean is thankful for LP letting Chester join STP. Seems that everything can flow smoothly.

Another lame video with Joe's style. I have begun to hate all of Joe's videos. I haven't like any LP music videos since the MTM days, although I did like The Catalyst. The rest are just meh.

I know how that feels; it does suck. No one in my entire area likes LP except for one of my old best friends and he doesn't even like LP much anymore. So I went to SSMF and the STP show in Boston by myself. Not as fun, but once the music starts, you won't care much.

Reminds me of all the random dates that DBS did in 2009. Kind of cool. I wish they would do Almost Acoustic Christmas this year like DBS did in 2009 as well. I look forward to that when LP or DBS played in the past because it's right around the holidays so I already am excited.

Idk. There were 6 songs for MTM that they did strings for (LOATR, SOTD, HHH, TLTGYA, NRL and Blackbirds). Originally, people referred to the 6th string song from the MTM making of, because it showed the small clip at the end of the string sessions that we didn't know what it was. Then Blackbirds got released in 2010, and it was the same song. So I think that is why people said that. There was a demo title called 'Caneries' but it's probably not the demo title for Blackbirds just because they are both types of birds.

AH. My bad lol. But yeah, KoRn and STP at the same show seems a bit odd. Isn't Chester friends with Jon Davis, though?

I'm pretty sure that no artists or band that plays on Jay Leno does that. It's Jay Leno's show, he introduces the artist or band and they play a song, and then the show is over.

Jay mentioned High Rise and they played Black Heart. It was a good performance, they sounded solid IMO. What did you guys expect? We knew it would be only one song aired. Lol.

If ''hardcore version of Victimized'' means heavy electronics, then meh. If it means that it will be somewhat of a metal version of sorts, then hell yes. Normally, I would be really excited by this because I've always wanted to LP to do something heavy, but I have a feeling it will just be really heavy by EDM terms. Not interested in anything electronic from LP in the slightest.

Cool for the Canadian fans. I didn't think STPWCB would be playing there.

Didn't see that coming. Awesome. I would rather have a HQ version of Black Heart.
