I think he'll play mostly solo songs with maybe a FM song or two

Mike to perform at LoveLoud Festival on July 28
HybridParty replied to hahninator's topic in Newswire
Nice that he's going to a rare touring place, I hope he announces more cities over next few weeks -
I think "Looking For An Answer" will be on the next LP album (if they do make another) or it'll be released just on its own either under Linkin Park or Mike's solo work.

All aboard the hype train!

Best/Worst guests of Chester's tribute show.

The only one I "didn't like" was Taka, he just doesn't have the voice for a song like SIB and it sounded forced. J. Davis was good but he needed someone with him to do the heavier vocals, like Corey Taylor. -
Now this would be cool

Hybrid Theory: Make And One the secret track Meteora: Change the tracklist to: Figure.09 - From The Inside - Numb - Session - Breaking The Habit Remove Nobody's Listening for A.06 and place it after Hit The Floor Minutes to Midnight: Revamp the whole tracklist - Basquiat - Given Up - No More Sorrow - Across The Line (w/ Acetate Intro) - Hands Held High - Leave Out All The Rest - Shadow of the Day - What I've Done - In Pieces - No Roads Left - Bleed It Out (Longer Version) - The Little Things Give You Away - QWERTY (Secret Track) NRL sounds better and is more energetic than In Between Valentines Day, even though it's about Chester's father, sounds like a crappy love song to the uninformed casual person. Which is why I've swapped it for Across The Line A Thousand Suns: Nothing Living Things: Replace I'll Be Gone with a refined version of Primo Remove Skin to Bone Break 'Until It Breaks' into two tracks: A mash-up between Apaches and Foot Patrol, make Bang Three Band Terror its own track. The Hunting Party: Replace 1-2-1-2 THANK YOU with 1-2-1-2 FUCK YOU on War because it's more aggressive Remove the in-track interludes Changing the tracklist again - Guilty All The Same - All For Nothing - Keys To The Kingdom - War - Rebellion - White Noise - Wastelands - Until It's Gone - Mark The Graves - Devil's Drop - Final Masquerade - A Line In The Sand The Summoning and Drawbar (despite the Lizzi Cloverman remix being incredible) are pointless so in comes White Noise and Devil's Drop. One More Light: Replace Kiarra with Iowa-era Corey Taylor on Heavy

It would be cool to see artists like M. Shadows or Corey Taylor come in and play some of those old hits and I do respect your opinion, but I don't think LP fans would turn away from shows because of the lack of classics in the set. It would (at least I hope it would) be more like fans just being there and seeing their favorite band perform and continuing on after such a tragedy.

Just after Mike's solo EP "Post Traumatic" had just been released, Mike took to Twitter and hosted a quick Q&A to answer questions about the EP and the music videos. Here's a little summary: Mike found it hard to be getting back in the studio and working on new music. Mike does want to perform these songs live in the future, but he is still working on new music and visuals. Mike has been working on a lot of songs other than those released on the EP and 'Looking For An Answer' and he wanted to see what fans thought of the EP before working on any more. 'Looking For An Answer' is still being worked on, Mike has been trying to figure out a "presentation" for it, and he is undecided on how the instrumentals for the song should be. Mike had been working on these songs when feeling "In the moment", as in recording or writing a song whenever he was "feeling something". The first verse of 'Over Again' was written on the day of the Hollywood Bowl show and the second verse the day after. Mike would collab with other artists on these songs if those artists have an understanding of the concept of what Mike has been going through. Mike made the videos in a homemade style because of the personal grief he was experiencing so he thought it would be best to film and edit the videos himself. Mike and the rest of band have the intention of continuing Linkin Park, but they have to rebuild and find answers to questions.

Over Again is the best one IMO. The beginning part sounded like the LFAA sneak peak he showed on Instagram, and at the end, you can kinda hear Chester singing "Ohhhh".

Fantastic read. I too went through a heartbreak a mear few days after Chester's passing. It sucks because the first half of this year was so damn good. Graduated from high school, new LP album dropped, was looking forward to the tour, and starting college. Then bam. Life's a bitch sometimes, but you gotta make the best out of it. Doesn't matter how fucked up it can get. Hope you all have a happy new year and a much better 2018. #FuckDepression #MakeChesterProud

I hope they upload all of the Reanimation videos
-
For all of you 'Reanimation' fans on here... The music video for the remix of Linkin Park's arguably biggest hit "In The End", titled "Enth E nd", was uploaded today on to Linkin Park's official YouTube channel. The remix was made by KutMasta Kurt and it features hip-hop artist Motion Man. The track was part of the remix album 'Reanimation', which was released back in 2002.
