could it possibly just be religious reference? I know it's unlikely, but in the lyrics we know from The Catalyst there is mention of "GOD bless us everyone, we're a broken people living under LOADED GUN" and also "sins of our hands, sins of our tongues, sins of our father(s?) the sins of our sons"

I actually don't have any physical LP singles...so I'm gonna pick em up starting with this one the album art is ridiculously sick and I would kill for those stickers lol who knows? maybe this song/album will be legendarily successful and it will become a big collectible.

I'm pretty sure it's one week for some of the lesser bands, but usually they have a "countdown to _____" and that starts when the first single comes out. Usually. It could be anywhere from one week to a month. My guess is when the single hits but don't quote me on it. Unless I'm right And to all of those saying people are "flipping out" or "complaining" I'm sorry but I truly feel like if only 10 of the 15 are actual songs I will be a tad disappointed (pending that those instrumentals are ten seconds long. If they are full and wholesome then no complaints). I agree, quality over quantity any day of the week. I thought Wake was a decent opening, and so was foreward (my only exception of a BA short instrumental), and session & C4TI were amazing. But having more than two or three instrumentals seems like it might water down the album. Again, certainly quality over quantity. But those phone calls on Reanimation? kinda annoying. My iPod's shuffle was getting pissy with me.

At the LPU M&G in bonner springs in 08, we asked chester and mike what they thought about the PA stuff on minutes to midnight...they said they don't put anything on there unless it is what they are really feeling and whether they feel it is necessary. They also said Rick Rubin told them feel free to let go with it, there are no limits or restrictions.

lol good work. seriously this guy should think about what he says before posting...yes fans deserve consideration but they're artists (and now adults) that want to try new things and make their music even better. Mike says it's fantastic and this dj liked it, so let's just wait and see

ok so on the jpg it says the order due date is 8/31/10. is it possible that the pre-orders can can get them sooner then? They can't hold them for 2 weeks...

A lot of bands seem to be doing it now...I remember I pre-ordered Chevelle's Sci-Fi Crimes last fall and got the album one week before it's release via email thru pre-order. Idk how much it would affect apple though. Most of the people only buy single songs on itunes anyway (I would assume). yep! I just found it a few minutes after i asked. You go to your receipt in your email, click "check order status". It will take you to a new window where your receipt and shipping info is visible. Where it says "ship to" click Edit. And there you go. Notice that since it doesn't ship until september, you have a while to change/update your shipping address.

Iridescent: changeable: varying in color when seen in different lights or from different angles; "changeable taffeta"; "chatoyant (or shot) silk"; "a dragonfly hovered, vibrating and iridescent" whats funny is I thought the album cover would do this...change color or reveal something at a different angle lol
