FearOfTheDuck
I chose Issho Ni. I love the ambience and simplicity of it, it's really great chill music to put on when you're stressed.
DecanoLP
I never expected it to ever say that, but there is a song now that is even worse than Not Alone: Issho Ni. Horrible track...
nokpachenne
I wouldn't say I have anything against Issho Ni (or Not Alone for that matter), because it's not a bad instrumental, but I'd say I prefer Not Alone because its more of a full song with the lyrics and singing
sotrix
Can we chose neither?
RiderSSPU
Not Alone
Sucre06
Above all things. Hawk, good topic. Can we chose neither? +1Yes, why can not choose neither ? I like these two songs. They both are similar in their sound. Okay, I will vote for Issho Ni.
GraDoN
neither but Not Alone if i had to choose since it does sound better with lyrics.
avo17
This is hard. They're both good but I say Issho Ni simply because it's new.
Ashwhisker
It seems like they just threw this together from scratch. Was there really nothing else sitting around in the vaults that they could've finished up?
Geki
I chose Not Alone. I've never really been a big fan of instrumentals like Issho Ni, and I love the lyrics in Not Alone. I think the melody is great too.
arbiter
This thread is pathetic. Surely, there are better things to debate.

hawk
This thread is pathetic. Surely, there are better things to debate. Since when was this a debut? It's just people saying, I like this song because blah blah. Not, I think this song is better because that song is boring and this song is heavy. Geki
This thread is pathetic. Surely, there are better things to debate. I love both Not Alone and Issho Ni because they were songs that helped for a great cause. Nobody is debating that fact. People just wanted to debate on what song they like better... danielpsoad-09
Not Alone. Still wondering why they didn't do anything after the devastating earthquake and tsunami in my country (Chile) last year. 1996_LP
No offense guys, but some of you have some silly excuses for liking/disliking 'Not Alone' & 'issho Ni' "Issho Ni'" better 'cause it's fresh", or "not alone"s better 'cause it has lyrics Well I personally like NA better - Yes it has lyrics, but that isn't its best quality. I love it mainly because of its production and mood. It's bridge (with the reversed/sampled strings) gives me chills every time. Haiti couldn't of had a better song made it its tribute imo. "Issho Ni" I still have to warm too. Although, in retrospect being just an instrumental probably is a good thing, and at this time it's probably more appropriate. Trying to create "Not Alone" part2 would have been cheesy, So I'm glad Mike came up with this little track instead.
Mr X
It was my opinion not an excuse I prefer most songs with lyrics because more work seems to have been put into a song than an instrumental track. However that's not always the case but in this instance that's what I think of these two songs. They're probably unused demos anyway (nothing wrong with that). Both are decent tracks but I like NA better
Geki
At this point, I would donate obscene amounts of money to get a studio version of 20 Eyes by DBS.
