nkramar Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 The seventh show of Linkin Park's North American Tour in support of "A Thousand Suns" takes place in Kansas City, MO at the Sprint Center. Linkin Park's last show here was back in 2008 at the Sandstone Amphitheater in Bonner Springs on the PR 08 tour (show page here). Kansas City (Bonner Springs, specifically) also hosted shows in 2001 and 2004 but the last show listed in Kansas City itself was way back in 2001, at Hale Arena. Who's going tonight? Anyone going to the M&G? Now that we can presume that we have an idea as to the content all of the setlists for this tour, what do you guys think of them? Which one do you think we will get tonight? A1 again perhaps? After tonight, LP takes a break and then heads to Philly on Monday night and then they're off to New York City for appearances at Madison Square Garden and Saturday Night Live. Be sure to check out Astat's recap of last night's M&G and show in St. Paul here. He didn't end up on stage like we'd all hoped, but, as usual, provided a wealth of information from the M&G and great details about the show. As of this morning, no further DSPs have been released but the first 2 went up rather quickly. Lets hope they keep the pedal to the metal when it comes to getting them out to the fans! **EDIT** As of 7:35 PM (EST): Early reports from Mark indicate tonight's setlist will mirror the one from St Paul last night, tentatively known as 'C5'. We'll obviously confirm this when the show starts and details begin to be reported! Quote
DanyWoker Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 29.01.2010 - Kansas City, MO I think that will setlist B11 Quote
Borellus Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 It would be amazing if they surprised us with another new setlist but I think it'll be one that they've already played. Quote
LPU90 Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 (edited) seen SIB Video in the main post it's like bringing back memories and asking WHY THEY DIDN'T PLAY SOMEWHERE I BELONG ANYMORE? WHY???? Edited January 29, 2011 by LPU90 Quote
DanyWoker Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 seen SIB Video in the main post it's like bringing back memories and asking WHY THEY DIDN'T PLAY SOMEWHERE I BELONG ANYMORE? WHY???? Most likely in concert theme is not suitable Quote
LPU90 Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 it's a shame but on London summit someone said that there's a few copies of the setlist that played (the one open with Fallout/The Catalyst) that inclued POA and SIB. it's weird that they haven't played it yet Quote
Sucre06 Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 At what time the concert starts Linkin Park ? tell me somebody ... Quote
JZLP-Benningstrong Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 Most likely in concert theme is not suitable we can live without SIB it got old very fast Quote

nkramar Posted January 30, 2011 Author Posted January 30, 2011 First report of a setlist is in, they'll be performing the same as last night in St. Paul with the set now known as 'C5'. Quote
Xero21 Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 Weird. I wonder how they're going about picking which setlist to do every night? Maybe it's random? Quote
nkramar Posted January 30, 2011 Author Posted January 30, 2011 Weird. I wonder how they're going about picking which setlist to do every night? Maybe it's random? No idea. But I like the idea that it's not a predictable rotation. Quote
Spin Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 No idea. But I like the idea that it's not a predictable rotation. This, they may have multiple sets but it does seem to be somewhat random what they're picking. Quote
RiderSSPU Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 (edited) if anone here is going have fun. i personall think c5 is the worst of the four sets, but its not a bad set Edited January 30, 2011 by blakebeats Quote
bLePn Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 I'm surprised C5 is actually good enough for them to play twice...I was there and the encore just doesn't deliver. Quote
RiderSSPU Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 i just thought of something- it could be rotated like this- a1, b11, b13, c5, c5, b13, b11, a1 Thats what im thinking. Quote
arbiter Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 seen SIB Video in the main post it's like bringing back memories and asking WHY THEY DIDN'T PLAY SOMEWHERE I BELONG ANYMORE? WHY???? Because they finally realized that the chorus sucks and is no longer relevant to them? Quote
jessiexo Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 i just thought of something- it could be rotated like this- a1, b11, b13, c5, c5, b13, b11, a1 Thats what im thinking. Well then... I hope I get A1 or B11 haha. C5 is...blah Quote
