RiderSSPU
I like that they're playing songs that translate well live. Songs like Crawling, SIB, LOATR, are obviously well-known, but live they're a bit boring. Crawling is boring live? Not in my opinion. I love Crawling live and hope they play it! Victor Del Porto
One Step Closer! If we have a break now, what is the closing song? O.o "The Catalyst"? Twiilite
Amazing setlist! Could use some From the Inside though... (with Figure.09 medley!!!) P5hng would be an incredible surprise though... And personally, I think Blackout could be EPIC as a final song, but only with an extended heavy ass outro! OSC can come before it. EDIT: WOW One Step Closer is the main closer? Then I'm calling either Blackout like I said, A Place for My Head (ZOMG!) or The Catalyst (awesome song... but meh for a final song). Or they could blow our minds with QWERTY in the same vein as Summer Sonic 06 version. hahninator
The Catalyst and What I've Done are left for the encore. I hope they do Crawling or another HT song. No POA or Papercut Sad day. P5hng? Surely they'll do something cool. I'll take WID ambo, Crawling w/Reani, Catalyst to end the show. Fran07Chile
OSC isn't closing... and Faint and BIO have been played. Catalyst closer, calling it now.I would say TC then The messenger but that would piss some people off, not me tho Quote Link to comment https://lplive.net/forums/topic/5564-new-york-city-setlist/page/9/#findComment-101269 Share on other sites
Elaine
They should do No Roads Left next, and then fade it into The Catalyst. It'd be epic. Xero21
Crawling is boring live? Not in my opinion. I love Crawling live and hope they play it! It's a great crowd sing-along song but I dunno, it just doesn't sound as thick live. Lacks the same power it has on the CD. Spin
R.I.P Points of AuthorityI wouldn't say that yet, this isn't their full show. I'll bet POA returns at the main shows. Xero21
R.I.P Points of Authority This. One of the longest running live LP songs. Quote Link to comment https://lplive.net/forums/topic/5564-new-york-city-setlist/page/9/#findComment-101278 Share on other sites
hahninator
OSC is end of the main set. Ext outro but no Reanimation bridge. FUCK. I guess they haven't changed up any older songs at all to fit the new style like they said they would. Victor Del Porto
Not "RIP POA" With the amount of songs the LP is now, you can do about 5 different sets! Twiilite
Yes. All I can say is: YES. They NEED to play this live. I AGREE! But for now, I'm taking the wild card with Blackout. Or the safe bet is The Catalyst... Quote Link to comment https://lplive.net/forums/topic/5564-new-york-city-setlist/page/9/#findComment-101283 Share on other sites
hahninator
R.I.P Points of Authority No. The band loves it, one of the songs they've played for the longest time. POA wasn't at the MTM promo shows either. I say POA returns in the full setlists for the world tour, for sure. DaMan12
I could live with a break from POA, but Papercut must stay! It would also be nice to see APFMH/Forgotten/WithYou/Runaway mixed in every now and then. Would love to have them add When They Come For Me in the setlist! and we all know TC will be played Edited September 15, 2010 by LinkinParkFan4Ever Quote Link to comment https://lplive.net/forums/topic/5564-new-york-city-setlist/page/9/#findComment-101287 Share on other sites
