Pez Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 Im torn, I actually really really like PTB because its like my type of music threw and threw. and then there ATL which kicks you in your nuts. AHHH KILL ME Quote
parth196 Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 across the line crushes pretend to be. imo, PTB is one of the worst linkin park songs. Quote
maik_gianino Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 Across The Line, but are differents songs. Across The Line is a quick tempo song, with an excelent end... Pretend To Be, is an excelent song too but sounds more like a Single of MTM, starts slow and in the end the energy grows but stops suddenly... Across The Line is 10/10 Pretend To Be 9/10 Quote
TheProfessor Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 (edited) As Astat pointed out, 'Pretend to Be' is still fresh, which will likely give it an edge. I'll try to remain unbiased in that regard, but I think 'Across The Line' could have have knocked at least three or four MtM tracks off the album and take its place. Knowing this, I still like 'Pretend to Be' better and it will receive my vote. 'Across The Line' may be a better song, but I prefer 'Pretend to Be' Edited November 6, 2010 by BlacK0uT Quote
CurlyLp Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Well... both songs are good but i vote for Across the Line. Great song! Quote
maxstar Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 Both songs are awesome but Pretend To Be is more rocking!!!!! Quote
Trang Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 (edited) ATS for sure... Reminds me of old time LP. And surely would be a nice hard song to play live. Edited October 25, 2010 by Trang Quote
sckofelng Posted November 5, 2010 Posted November 5, 2010 ATL by very far. Still can't believe it didn't make on MTM back then. It's definiatly in my Top 3 of the MTM era songs. Quote

TheProfessor Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 Well... It is months later, and I still like 'Pretend To Be' better. I guess my original opinion was good after all. No bias because it was new. Quote
