Pretend to Be vs. Across the Line

Across The Line, but are differents songs.

 

Across The Line is a quick tempo song, with an excelent end...

Pretend To Be, is an excelent song too but sounds more like a Single of MTM, starts slow and in the end the energy grows but stops suddenly...

 

Across The Line is 10/10

As Astat pointed out, 'Pretend to Be' is still fresh, which will likely give it an edge. I'll try to remain unbiased in that regard, but I think 'Across The Line' could have have knocked at least three or four MtM tracks off the album and take its place. Knowing this, I still like 'Pretend to Be' better and it will receive my vote. 'Across The Line' may be a better song, but I prefer 'Pretend to Be'

ATL by very far. Still can't believe it didn't make on MTM back then. It's definiatly in my Top 3 of the MTM era songs.

Well... It is months later, and I still like 'Pretend To Be' better. I guess my original opinion was good after all. No bias because it was new.
