LPLStaff Posted Wednesday at 09:10 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:10 PM Linkin Park has released the newest LPTV, chronicling the band's visit to Asia with shows in Tokyo and Jakarta. At the very end of the clip, there is a clip of Mike and Emily back in LA with Emily recording vocals on a new song, singing, "sometimes it feels like..." Back in the fall, the band was already recording again, well after the submission of the From Zero material (before the album release)... maybe more new music is on the way. Colin Brittain at the time said, "There’s also couple of songs that we haven't released yet that are may or may not come out next year, that we're still working on, they are really amazing." Linkin Park's 2025 From Zero World Tour continues with stops at Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo, Japan, and Stadion Madya Gelora Bung Karno in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this episode, Mike, Emily, and Colin perform "The Emptiness Machine" on DayDay in Tokyo, Phoenix and Mike celebrate their birthdays in Japan, the band plays basketball in Jakarta, and more. Quote
DylHDZ Posted Wednesday at 09:13 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:13 PM Wonder if it’s where they kept creating new music or if it’s like a b-side….. QTNA!! Quote
Yucker Posted Wednesday at 09:18 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:18 PM I closed the video JUST BEFORE THAT CLIP!! Quote
eXoBlackOut Posted Wednesday at 09:22 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:22 PM Okay, so Mike's hair could be a clue. He is growing it out again, and that doesn't show in the clip at the end. So maybe it's an older clip en therefore not a brand new song, but something like a B-side? For a From Zero deluxe edition? Anyway, I'm excited! Quote

I thought this too but they kept writing never stopped, Colin said so himself, along with the pictures of them in Mikes studio in Nov/Dec can’t remember exactly but Mike still had short hair then so it could be a brand new song Quote
xxHybridXeroxx Posted Wednesday at 09:43 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:43 PM Wow! Whatever it is, b-side or new song, I’ll take it! It’s obvious the band is rejuvenated, you can tell by the energy of the album, the shows, and the overall vibe of the band members both old and new, they all seem to be having a lot of fun! It probably translates into making more music as well. Interested to see what they can come up with, I loved From Zero. Quote
hybridcloudyfz Posted Wednesday at 10:41 PM Posted Wednesday at 10:41 PM they're just always busy, aren't they 🤨 always gotta have surprises - but seriously, i can't wait to figure out what else they're cooking up. strangely glad that mike's hair is finally replenishing 😂 Quote
RYG4R Posted Wednesday at 10:45 PM Posted Wednesday at 10:45 PM From Zero could be a double album. who knows. Quote
vinifeijo Posted Wednesday at 10:47 PM Posted Wednesday at 10:47 PM The way the music industry works right now, bands need to keep releasing stuff every 6 months or so. More frequently even. Generally speaking, smaller and frequent releases beat full length albums every 2 years on this industry. Quote
LPLStaff Posted Wednesday at 11:09 PM Author Posted Wednesday at 11:09 PM Remember they posted in the studio in October/November? Quote
PNield Posted Thursday at 12:00 AM Posted Thursday at 12:00 AM 'Sometimes it feels like...' they left us hanging! Quote
MMM Posted Thursday at 12:30 AM Posted Thursday at 12:30 AM Haha. Why I'm still thinking that FZ have part 2. XD Quote

It's a pity though because full length albums have a way more lasting impact on an artist career and provide more opportunity to tell a story, or explore a theme. Quote
rd1994 Posted Thursday at 03:53 PM Posted Thursday at 03:53 PM I'm not gonna go into the last clip cuz everybody is already doing that BUT Acoustic LP album when? I know its just for rehearsal purposes and they did that for quite some time (I think the first time we actually saw it was during the ATS era(?)) but those songs of just singer (wether its Mike, Chester or Emily) + piano and/or acoustic guitar is just awesome. Include their DayDay performance of TEM Quote
