SergSlim Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 Let's talk about this band, which Phoenix has played in before and during Linkin Park. They have released 2 Studio albums. Phoenix is rapping on one of the songs. As LESTAT recently found out, they also had a video for the song Run Joseph, Run. Maybe someone knows of some other music videos from this band? Quote
Astat Posted May 21, 2009 Posted May 21, 2009 Not really a fan of any type of music with religious lyrical content, but instrumentally they were pretty good. I've always liked the punk/ska genre and they did it pretty well. Phoenix also played some really cool bass parts back then, I wish he'd incorporate slap bass into an LP song sometime because he used it to great effect in some of the Snax songs. Quote
AusNeil Posted May 21, 2009 Posted May 21, 2009 i actually own the album. its pretty damn awesome. Quote

As far as I remember there was a torrent on Demonoid with both Grey Daze and Snax albums in FLAC, uploaded by nkramar. Try to check there. SergSlim Posted May 22, 2009 Author Posted May 22, 2009 CDs are meant to be loved (PLAYED), not sealed away and never heard! Well, I got your rips in FLAC. I don't listen to CDs on DVD Player, and I don't have any other player to listen to them anyway, so at least for now they'll be sealed, untill I can get myself a decent Hi-Fi system. Quote

I was wondering if anyone had these. I can't seem to find them online anywhere. It would be much appreciated. Edited April 21, 2013 by Geki Quote
Skipees Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 (edited) Tasty Snax - Run Joseph Run The Snax - Snax i just noticed that the "Snax" album is only 128kbps, but it still sounds good. Edited April 21, 2013 by Skipees Quote
lpliveusername Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 These albums were shared on demonoid in flac format along with the Grey Daze albums. Would be nice if someone could upload the flac version to keep it in circulation. Quote
SergSlim Posted January 21, 2014 Author Posted January 21, 2014 Do we have a way to contact Mark Fiore and ask him for Snax tour dates? He said that he has a log of all shows they played, or something like that. Quote
