It means that the idea of adding the bonus tracks to some releases has to come after they did remastering for ATS, Meteora, HT, MTM. You can see that all of those bonus tracks were registered at the same time, the credits of POA (Crystal Method Remix) mentions Brian Gardner as mastering credits, which probably means that all above tracks were mastered in the same mastering session with Brian Gardner, so i decided to add Brian to mastering credits to all above. So that will be all. As always I did tons of little changes but I think I mentioned all the bigger changes. If I will notice that I forgot about something I will add it to this post. As for the Qobuz in Japan country - all pages with releases redirect me to qobuz.com/jp-ja/closed I'm not sure if maybe that's because Qobuz detects that I'm not in Japan and redirect the page with the album. If someone from Japan can confirm that, let me know. Also I have a question regarding the LPTV season which was available on iTunes. The season was available on iTunes as TV Show in the TV Shows section. I was thinking about the idea to create the TV Shows section on the site and move all LPTVs there. I don't see this version anymore, don't remember in which country it was. mora.jp: since like a month this store started to sell music in standard CD quality 16-bit lossless. The release have just name "Minutes To Midnight" without any extened name with the "()" after it but I decided to keep the extended name on the site. For some reason the label re-named all MTM editions to just Minutes To Midnight name, even the "Minutes To Midnight (Circuit City DMD)" has now just MTM as name. There are currently 10 different editions of MTM (with different tracklist) available out there including this one. You can tell that some of them isn't supposed to be still available but I guess that if you are big label with a lot of artists on your back and have that amount of editions of just one album then it can be hard to manage it. Also, I added to both lists a standard version with 12-tracks and booklet. I checked the id in the "Crawl Back In (Live).m4a" file and I found this. Next I try to search that album via web archive by adding the id of it at the end of the link just like links to the albums on iTunes have and i found it. So this is the 14-track edition that originally had the 14 tracks with the pre-order only track Crawl Back In (Live). unfortunately I haven't found the same link archived in the time when the album was still in the pre-order. It was only archived after the album was released so the CBI (Live) track is not visible in the tracklist. Also, there was 13-track version also with booklet which was archived the same day as the 14-track version and it is still available till this day on iTunes, Qobuz and other stores. I have re-check the iTunes database, Qobuz and confirmed that the 13-track edition matches with this identifier: 093624971528 - which if you check it here - there is a confirmation that it never had more than 13 tracks. Also, here is the extracted page with the tracklist from the booklet pdf that was downloaded from that edition before the 2019 (you can see 13 tracks there). Now why I'm showing this? Because yesterday i downloaded the booklet from that same 13 track edition from one of the digital stores and the booklet is the 2019 updated one with new Warner Records logo etc. but it seems they choose the wrong booklet not from this edition, the tracklist lists 14 tracks instead of 13: https://i.ibb.co/zfz4D5Z/OOA-Booklet-pdf.jpg - EDIT: also I have noticed that in the bottom right corner there is a word "Unauthor" which is not present in any other booklets. Also, added some other links to notes. - changed status of Reanimation's interactive booklet to "available" since it is included on the Reanimation's bonus edition on Qobuz. But i think that anyone who decide to purchase it it would have less than 1% chances to open it, even with having the correct versions of iTunes and quicktime. Quote

Notes have been updated in all 4 bonus versions. Added explicit mark to "Reading My Eyes (Xero Demo)" track from HT20, for some reason, simply because the track is explicit, for some reason I forgot to do that when I was adding it in 2020. Also, I wanted to make some clearance about which mark (Clean or Explicit) will appear next to song when it's censored but at the same time not censored, instead of having both marks next to it, I decided that I will add one of it and which is gonna be, it will depends on how much % of the track is censored and how much % of it is not censored and as far as I know we have two of that kind of the tracks in the digital releases. First track is censored version of "Wen They Come For Me", the last "Try to catch up motherfucker" that's at the end of the song wasn't censored but most of the track is censored so the "Clean" so it will have the "Clean" icon next to it. martinez Posted November 25, 2024 Author Posted November 25, 2024 Aaaa, few things. First of all the expanded edition of From Zero was removed from all DSPs and all official Linkin Park stores. The one released on DSPs (093624834885) was removed by the end of the Friday, which I noted about it on the site and the one released in Linkin Park store (093624838791) was still available on Saturday and removed later the same day which I add this info to the notes, instead the info from the LP's store that was saying that it was supposed to be available till Thursday until 11:59pm PT. // Since like the very beginning of the album pre-order, I found some info about this release that I noted it somewhere on a side and I wasn't sure what it is and recently I have found it again while looking for some other stuff. What I confirmed so far with it is that it contains at least or only 11 tracks just like the standard version, I haven't found any confirmation if the 11 tracks are the only ones attached to it or there are some bonus tracks too. Notes in a lot of releases were changed/re-written, I was re-checking all releases if they are still available. Also, I was going through the past iTunes Store and other digital stores via web archive. Here are details about some of the bigger changes that you might or might not notice, I will also add my two cents about some releases. I split the "We Major" album into two separate releases, because it is available in two different places and different qualities and formats. Going through the archived links to some The Rising Tied albums released on iTunes, I found that the censored deluxe version of the album was also having the interactive booklet, so I updated the "The Rising Tied (Deluxe Version) 093624992165" with that info and added the iTunes link to the notes. At this point I was trying to confirm if the censored bonus version of Collision Course was having the booklet too just like the same but explicit version of it, but the earliest archived links I found was only from 2011 and Apple's withdrew the interactive booklets by that time. Added the alternate names for both deluxe versions of TRT that were released in 2005 on iTunes and years later they appeared on other platforms, the alternate names will be included when you will export the info to text file and you can also use the search bar type the alternate name and it will find the release. All necessary releases have a sentence in notes that in early years some tracks on them were the single versions that few years later were updated to album versions. Added to notes of all "Petrified/Remember The Name" releases that's a maxi single. The maxi single is the singke containing at least or no less than 3 tracks and those 3 tracks can be various types, for example a release with 2 audio tracks and a video track as a third track (e.g. BTH CD single). As for releases that have 5 or 6 tracks it really depends on how the artist/label want to treat them. "Petrified/Remember The Name" digital release as you could see on the official FM website, from the beginning it was called maxi single. Also, I added the "Petrified (Clean) Radio Edit" and "Remember the Name (Clean) Radio Edit" that you could download for free at fortminor.com to the FM Free Downloads section on the site. Both were mp3s 128kbps, they were having the cover and those tags. The main maxi single of the WYG was available at supraphonline.cz store in the last few years. The release was removed from that store and the release is not available anywhere for purchase. The orther version of the maxi single is available only for streaming on Spotify but it contains the first track in censored version. Thoughs on the [Where'd You Go [Clean] // {1tr, 054391566263} link] release - I think I have never noticed that, until I was doing the re-check now, the version on this digital single is censored in the different way vs the censored version on the album, the explicit parts of the lyrics were just muted. Weird, because if you will check the censored version that's on the physical release of TRT or that's on the censored digital edition of TRT, Mike wrote the alternate version of the lyrics specially for the censored version, for example the line "I want you to know it's a little fucked up" he replaced with "I want you to know it's a little messed up". Where'd You Go [Explicit] // {1tr, 054391573766} link - This release has an issue, it supposed to have the explicit version of the song while it has censored version of it. All releases in the single section have now notes when the info is exported to text file. Also, if it's about the singles, take into account that some stores/streaming platforms can have the album version of the song while some others can have a single edit version of the same song on the same release. For example the 1-track release of Believe Me on mora.jp contains the album version while iTunes/Apple Music and Qobuz have single version. But, before I will mention what was updated, few words about that service. Spotify is in my opinion one of those with-big-mess service and that's because, it doesn't work as other streaming services or digital stores in terms of "Available release" vs "not available release" mainly because when the label removes a release from digital stores, Spotify doesn't remove it from their database, the only thing that Spotify does is removing only the link to that release from the discography that's on the artist page and that's all. It doesn't remove or block that release and doesn't remove or block the songs on that release. Of course there is no needed to say that if you still have a link to the release that was removed, it will still work and you might be able to listen to it without any problems. Also, if you don't have a link to it, that's not a problem either, you can easily find it via google and you can find stuff like the whole BITS single or LITE single (both releases) etc. So how you can see it's a mess. So with this Spotify issue, it's hard to tell whether something was removed from that platform or not. So we already know that when the label is removing any release from all digital stores and streaming platforms, stupid Spotify does nothing and just removing the link to it from the artist's page but, the next question is why you can sometimes still listen to the songs if the release was theoretically (at this point on Spotify not technically) removed from all platforms? First of all Spotify still has all the info and the audio files in it's database, second of all is like I said - Spotify doesn't block entirely the release or the songs in any way. The key here is the ISRC codes. When the label register the song under ISRC code, not only all the info about the song including credits is attached to it but also all kinds of restrictions, if the song was meant to be album only etc. When the label wants the song to be available in only one specific country, it sets all that information to song's ISRC code, then the streaming platforms reads it from the code and sets the availability of that song in that specific country. So basically if the release which was "removed" from Spotify or it is not available in your country contains the same versions of the songs with the same ISRC codes as the songs from the other release that it is available in your country, the songs in that "removed" release will be working for you as well. Here are some examples of that: Powerless digital single was released only in Japan, well I'm not from Japan so the link to that is not available for me when I will check Linkin Park discography on Spotify, however I had the link on the site, so here it is - the song on that single is working for me, I can listen to it, and that's because the Powerless single has always contained the album version of the song with the same ISRC as the song on LT and LT album is available for me on Spotify so that's why I can play it on the single too and I guess anyone else can play the Powerless single unless LT album or the song Powerless is not available for you. As for another example, let's check the release that was removed from all digital platforms long time ago and it is not available in all countries - Papercuts (093624846031) - if you can still play all or some songs from it, it means those songs are available in some other releases that are available on Spotify in your country. OK, now is there a way to check in which country any specific release on Spotify is available? Yes! And it's very easy - all you have to do is view the source code of the link to the release you want to check (for example by adding "view-source:" before the url) and in that source code look for the word "allowed" and then the case is pretty simple - there is a word "allowed" - the release is available, if there is no word "allowed" - the release is not available in any country. Here are few examples: Powerless single - available in one country and in the content="JP" you have the code of the country in which is available; Papercuts (093624846031) - not available in any country; this release - is not available in my country, but it is available in 61 other countries. The site was updated over the 16 Spotify links that I found for various releases and confirmed that those releases are available in at least one country. Some of the links are for the releases that had "Not available anymore" status on my site. It is available on Spotify in 22 countries.
