Chester joining Kings of Chaos

From Wikipedia, "Kings of Chaos are an international band featuring a core lineup of Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver members Matt Sorum, Duff McKagan, and Gilby Clarke as well as a revolving lineup of members of Def Leppard, Deep Purple, Aerosmith and more. The group plays songs from all of these bands, and other classic rock covers."

According to their Facebook page, they will be playing at Las Vegas's House of Blues from December 1st to December 3rd. The lineup for these shows will be Corey Taylor, Chester, Billy Duffy, Steve Stevens, Robert DeLeo, Matt Sorum, and Franky Perez.

Tickets will be on sale September 30th, and can be found here. They vary between $45-$100.

Corey was extremely thankful at the Auckland 2013 show for Linkin Park taking Stone Sour out for the headlining shows in NZ/Australia 2013. Three shows. He gave a speech on stage and said they are great guys, etc.

Well, Dave not really hates them, he just said LP's live show is with a lot of backing tracks and they don't play live like Food Fighters do.I don't think it's pure hate, but there are some differences.

He maybe hated LP back when LP was the No.1 in Nu-Metal, and Chino saying that LP would never be there without them. Not that Mike always says that Deftones were a big influence. I mean, Mike and Chino even performed together

I didn't say Chino hates LP, I said that he said (which is a verb describing the past) he does. I just watched the interview, I thought he said that, and I'm sorry, but I've mistaken the info myself, he was saying that "LP fucking sucks dead on their songs". But there was also a video with title saying Chino Moreno hates LP, which lead me to commiting that mistake. I don't really get that, how was LP ripping of Deftones? Sure some songs were a bit similar, but that's it IMO.

If i'm not wrong, Chino is referring to "Papercut" being similar to some song by Deftones, but I'm not sure about it.

Why did he mention specifically LP and MC? Pretty much every band that uses more sounds than they can play themeselves live, because of limited amount of members, does that.

If that's correct, this will be the first known time that he will cover Billy Idol and also the very first time he will cover The Cult since Grey Daze days.
