hahninator
Mike has just announced on BBC that Fort Minor has added a show at The Scala in London, England on September 8th! The LPU presale begins August 24th at 9am GMT. Who will be attending? This show comes two days after the European leg of The Hunting Party Tour comes to an end in Rome, Italy. RogueSoul
This announcing shows as they come is really a pain in the ass for some... Tons of people are flying FROM London to Copenhagen for the show there, now this is happening...
hahninator
I am truly confused by the time zones now. It's 7:38pm GMT. Mike was on at 7:30pm GMT, and they said he'd be on at 8:30pm GMT. What in the world.

The announcement said 8:30 GMT. It's 7:55 GMT right now (http://time.is/GMT). The UK is using UTC+1 right now so whatever is on your clock in the UK doesn't matter. Coizu
I hate the direction they are going with announcing shows. It seems like the trend is to decrease the time between announcements, pre sale and the actual show, which just screws up planning for everyone who has a job or other obligations. Also announcing the show weeks (over one month) after the first two FM shows is a huge dick move in my opinion. I think there are a lot of people who don't have much money who just really want to see FM and booked flights/hotels for on of the other shows and now there is one more show that could have saved them hundreds of Euros/Pounds/Dollars. HybridT
Mike said 8:30 GMT. And Mike was at 7:30 GMT. He was wrong, but I was lucky that I was hearing the radio.
Terminator
Good news for people being FM fans, I wish they could drop those songs from LP setlist and keep them for a real FM setlist but that's my opinion

BeardyWilderness
When you book tickets, flights, and an expensive (yet nice. quite posh) hotel because a performance isn't coming to your country, and then 3 days before you fly out a local date is added...Needless to say I'm excited for both shows! Smarky
SO tempted by this. Just a few issues. I have Tuesday off work but I am working early Wednesday. I don't drive but it is a fairly easy 4 hour train journey there, Tuesday is no problem but then I would need to find a way to get back home on the Wednesday for work. I could prob change my shift to not make it to much of an issue, but also I can't find any cheap hotels in the area. There is an early train home at like 6 in the morning which is not a peak ticket so train would be okay, if i changed my shift I could do that, if I could find a cheap hotel. Or perhaps I could get 11:30pm train which gets into Birmingham at around 2am (I could checkin on Tuesday on the way there) and stay there for a few hours till the early train in the morning (although this ends up only being about 4 hours, plus potential to go wrong/missed train would leave me stranded) Also doing on my lonesome is never as fun ;P Hmm... gonna be a lot of work to make this happen. Damn last minute quick announcements! I got a ticket... what the hell... I hope this works out lol
