yeah its sooo expensive. my guy (the one who did the stp tat) charges $300 for 4 hours. not too bad. hes the best in the area so hes booked for months. i get in there whenever hes available

awesome! right now im working on my right sleeve which is made up of japanese art. last week i finished my koi and (no chester connection lol) and cherry blossoms. i go back every two months and get 4 hours of work. september im putting a waterfall behing the koi and flowers, and that will flow under my stp tat

thanks man! its funny you should bring up chesters flames...when i was younger i actually got crappy flames done, but i had them covered up by my progressing sleeve lol. i plan on getting a big lp piece done in the future with portraits of mike and chaz in there hopefully accompanied by all 6 of thier autograms. i heard the band isnt allowed to sign skin anymore due to idiots like me going out and getting them inked, but ill do what i have to to get them. people are quick to criticize band tattoos and all i can say is lp has been a HUGE part of my life for the past 10 years. ive traveled all over to see them and had some of the best times of my life. more to come. thats what the lp tats represent

a couple of people have asked to see my lp tats so here they are. the autograph was done RIGHT after they finished the set, chester was trying to avoid signing for everyone so he quick ran by, signed my arm and attempted to flee the screaming fans. its not quite legible but i think i made out "CHT" followed by whats definetly "LP'". also for fun i threw in my STP tat just because its awesome. if anyone else here has any lp tats, please share them with us.

random indeen lol. i know what you mean about mike, but sometimes he comes across as just..."busy". i know thats not his fault and as awesome as chester is, mike is one of the most impressive human beings on the planet. i guess im just yearning for the old days and it seems like im complaining. all 7 members of lp have INCREDIBLE stage presence, so even if phoenix and the keytar are just standing there, its still amazing

dude...thats two songs. thats NOTHING. and yeah chaz needs to get off that micstand. this might be an odd question, but have they ever used a keytar in thier live show? i ask because EVERY show i went to in '08, somewhere, leaning against something, was a keytar. i dont recall it being used though

id say #1 is green day, #2 is lp and #3 is the used. AGAIN...these are based off of bands ive seen in person with my eyes. maybe muse is better, but im in no position to say that, having never seen them. my problem with lp live these days is that chester is pretty much a one man show while the rest of the band just kind of tries to stay out of his way. maybe thats a good thing though

honestly, it comes down to opinion. im basing mine from experience. ive seen like 100+ big acts live, and from those, green day kicked the most ass. sorry. maybe tool looks pretty on youtube, i wouldnt know.

imo green day IS the best live band in the world. i stand by that. i have never been more entertained in my life then when i saw them, and they played for like 3 hours

maybe there were better singers, songwriters ect...but there were no better dancers lol. watch his live show. dude is INSANE

i have LOTS of ticket stubs and wrisbands. some pics from roseland 2003 and various meet and greet pics. i dont have a scanner so ill have to take them to my brothers house. get them to u sometime in the near future

this is a good idea methinks. i was planning on doing a germany show but my tattoo appointments are priority. for the money id spend to do just the one germany show i could do multiple US shows. quanity wins. my goal for US shows is 11 or 12.
