No Collision Course
No Collision Course was to be expected since that involves Jay-Z which complicates things by a lot I guess.

The fact that they chose pretty much the exact same format for M20 as they did for HT20 makes me really hopeful that they will keep these 20th anniversary releases coming and that's honestly what makes me the most exciting. Can't wait to have a full collection of all albums in that format at one point.

So, possibly the guys who run LPCatalog were contacted by the band to purposely put those images to start the hype train, or it´s just kind of a prank to also start the hype
Fan sites have been involved in the marketing for the band before so it‘s nothing unimaginable.

No, I think LPCatalog is part of the LPU, so it’s run by the band. Someone correct me if i’m wrong please. I’m not the biggest OG Linkin Parker so I don’t have enough knowledge of LPCatalog to know for sure, but I’ve heard of it before.
LPCatalog is run by fans.

Does Numb or Nobody's Listening have clean guitar?
Numb definitely has clean guitar.

I am fully aware that sometimes you don't want to mention your source because that can screw it up for future leaks, but can you give us a vague idea what the type of source for this is martinez? Not questioning it's legitimacy of it, I am just curious.

Super random post but my mind is so weird. Back in 2007 or whenever I found out about LPLive all that information from 2000 seemed ancient and it was crazy how more information about those early times was able to surface over time. To me all that stuff was lost in time already anyway, who would remember random details from 5-8 years ago, so why bother searching for it? Now in 2023 a 16 year old setlist shows up and I am like "cool, glad that got sorted out" and it doesn't seem out of the ordinary at all to me. Just some random thought, but it is super interesting how perception of time changes when you get older. Maybe there is also a change of how you perceive things that happened before you get involved into something and things that happen while you are already involved. Anyway, really cool that this can be removed from the list of things that are still a mystery. It's great that there are still people around who are heavily invested into archiving all information possible.

In before it's about some crypto stuff no one cares about.

That was to be expected, lol. I just wonder why they bother with announcing something like that if they don't commit to it? They could just write "from time to time" and it would be fine.

Can't believe that no one posted pics yet
It was Christmas. I am not even at home the most time and so are a lot of other people.
Also the only interesting thing was already posted: pictures of the prints. Everything else looks like before.

Maybe some interesting context if you are not familiar with Warcraft:
Many consider the Arthas storyline peak Warcraft lore. Wrath of the Lich King (the World of Warcraft expansion which revolves around the conclusion of that story arc) is also considered to be peak World of Warcraft. So both from the lore itself and the gameplay it's the golden age of Warcraft for a lot of people. It's a very delicate topic. Touching anything around that is just really difficult because of that. I am not sure if he was aware of that context, but if I was an artist, I would have noped the fuck out if someone asked me to do something similar.

This was unexpected.
It has some interesting elements but it‘s not something I will go back to and listen to on a regular basis. The Warcraft community doesn‘t seem to be too big about this either.
I also find it kinda ironic that Mike did a song for WoW Classic, which is basically for people who are the definition of „everything used to be better“ and who can‘t deal with anything new or changed. The same type of people that would still say that LP should do HT3 nowadays. -
Got the new replacements a couple of days ago. It includes all three prints, all DVDs (not just the misprinted), the rarities CD and the lanyard. I haven't had the time to compare everything in detail or check the CD yet, but the lanyard looks like the one from the first replacement.

So I recently got a Dolby Atmos compatible surround system at home so I thought I will give this a try and to be honest Hybrid Theory sounds really messy in my opinion. The guitars kick in awkwardly, some instruments and background vocals are pushed super hard into the back of the room and to the side that it just sounds awkward. In general it sounds like some kind of weird compression is going on on each separate channel that makes the volume from each direction vary a lot and it sounds really random. And I doubt it‘s my system. More modern songs which probably got their atmos mix during their initial mixing phase done as well sound so much better (but still awkward). After assuming that this is just a weird gimmick when I first read about it I will stand by my assumption after experiencing it. I will definitely never sit down and listen to the Atmos mix ever again.

Didn't we also get a snipped of a My December remix in some video that never got released?
Are you talking about the cinematic version that was used for the game awards? That was never announced for an official release or anything else like that. I was always convinced that it was just put together for the game awards show.

What happened to the other 20th anniverasry Reanimation remixes? If there were plans of releasing more.
I am sure they will be released once we get the final remix of the Living Things preorder remixes lol

I think the wording in the news post is misleading. It‘s not like LP went out of their way to release this as an official remix that is promoted by the band. The remixer asked the label if he is allowed to release and publish it and they came to an agreement.
It‘s a horrible remix. I have no idea who in their right mind would give this an okay. It will show up on the bands profile on every single streaming platform for forever. -
I thought this item will exchange the owner for a shitload of money so I didn't even consider bidding on it. Didn't expect no one to bid on it lol.

NRL on ATL on Spotify is all I needed. I thought we have to wait for some anniversary release of the album.

Seems like it was delisted. I can't find any other listing on any other website so I am wondering if that product page was setup too early and maybe the release date isn't finalized yet?
