As you said, it seems to have disappeared... I haven't seen that on anyone's list, anywhere. Older shows sometimes pop back into circulation but not often. Many of the older traders are long gone and have no interest anymore. Side note: I could make a request of you as well. But I won't.

Count me in for Camden/Philly and maybe a north Jersey/NY show.

That's one of the more memorable shows I've been to. Great performance highlighted by the crowd absolutely killing it on ITE. I don't think I've ever heard a Philly crowd sing that loud with LP before.
