  1. So these are the songs we have confirmed so far: Dead&Bloated Out Of Time Big Empty Interstate Love Song Trippin' On A Hole In A Paper Heart EDIT: Vasoline confirmed as well.
  2. Thanks! I'll update here if any new information appears.
  3. No setlist information yet. Still crossing fingers for Same On The Inside...
  4. On the 5th, Stone Temple Pilots hits the road again, playing their first show since November, at the 102.1's How The Edge Stole Christmas festival. This show marks as well the beginning of a quick holiday tour for STP, with 7 upcoming shows this December. So far, only 2 songs from STP's new EP High Rise have been played live- Out Of Time and Black Heart. Along side that, the band haven't changed their setlist since the 18th of September, in Lake Buena Vista (show page), playing the same 19 songs set. The lineup for today's show is: Stone Temple Pilots 10:05p - 11:05p Thirty Seconds To Mars 8:40p - 9:40p Blue October 7:35p - 8:15p Panic! At The Disco 6:30p - 7:10p Capital Cities 5:45p - 6:10p New Politics 5:00p - 5:25p There is a webcast for BACKSTAGE only, but perhaps STP will make an appearance on there. That can be found here. What do you guys think? Will the band change the setlist? Would you like to see new songs from High Rise being played live? After this show, the band will play at St. Petersburg, Florida, on the 7th. For full STP tour schedule, including upcoming shows, click here. EDIT- Setlist (special thanks to Pinky for providing it): 1. Down 2. Big Bang Baby 3. Vasoline 4. Dead&Bloated 5. Out Of Time 6. 5. So, this picture probably means Steve will be working on something for the Transformers soundtrack, but it doesn't mean LP will, at least for now. I remember that Chester said in an interview a couple of months ago that so far, Michael Bay didn't ask the band to work on the soundtrack, and Mike said it in an LPU chat in June as well. Even though, another collaboration would be really cool.
  6. Interesting. They'll probably won't play anything new, since they are still working on the new album, but it will be interesting to see what kind of set will be played.
  7. Nice performance overall. Mike sounded great on the rap verses, Chester was OK on the chorus even though he wasn't as good as he was on the past performances. You can tell he was trying to sing as similar as possible to the studio version, which is really hard considering the fact the studio version has a lot of vocal effects. It's just one of those songs that are really hard to play live.
  8. Nice! I hope it means a European festival tour is about to take place, along with a few headline shows of course. If the new album will be out by the time of the tour, new songs and HT in full (at least in one show) will make it just an epic tour.
  9. Seems like the new album is getting closer and closer. Can't wait.
  10. From Linkin Park's Facebook: Next Tuesday November 26th, Mike and Chester will join Steve Aoki to perform A LIGHT THAT NEVER COMES on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on ABC. Tune in at 11:35 PM / 10:35 C. This is going to be the third performance of the song (performed at Summer Sonic Tokyo and in LA) and it's first ever TV broadcast. What do you guys think? Who will be watching? Edit: Edit 2:Download the performance here (via DIME).
  11. So, the LPU website has nothing new so far... I guess it will come out around the after noon- evening PST.
  12. Steve Aoki, Mike and Chester performed the song with Travis Barker. Source.
  13. Primo is just EPIC! As people mentioned here, you can tell it's an ATS demo just by the structure, which is very similar to Blackout. An amazing demo no doubt. In my opinion, it could have made it to ATS.
  14. I really hope that some songs from HT that aren't usually played will stay in the set for a few shows, especially Forgotten and Pushing Me Away. They are two of my favorites from HT.
  15. Download Festival Set (version 1): 1. Papercut (2008 Long intro) 2. One Step Closer (Ext. outro) 3. With You (2012 Ext. intro) 4. Points Of Authority (Intro #1 w/ In Stereo; There They Go outro) 5. Crawling 6. Runaway 7. By Myself (2003 intro) 8. In The End (Piano intro) 9. A Place For My Head (new 2014 intro; Ext. outro) 10. Forgotten 11. Cure For The Itch (2014 version) 12. Pushing Me Away 13. Faint (Ext. outro) 14. Burn It Down (2014 intro) 15. Numb 16. Castle Of Glass 17. New Song 18. Waiting For The End (Wall Of Noise outro) 19. Lost In The Echo (Ext. outro) 20. Bleed It Out (Ext. bridge w/ BITS chorus; RME verse 1) Notes: - This was the first time ever Hybrid Theory was played in full. - Mike rapped verse 1 of In Stereo over the intro of Points Of Authority, and rapped verse 1 of There They Go over the outro. - In The End featured a new piano intro. - A Place For My Head featured a new 2014 intro. - Cure For The Itch was played in a new version that was never played live before (2014 version). - Burn It Down featured a new 2014 intro. - Lost In The Echo featured a new extended outro. - Mike and Chester sang chorus 2 of Burning In The Skies over the bridge of Bleed It Out. Later on in the bridge, Mike rapped verse 1 of Reading My Eyes.
  16. I think you got me wrong. They are most likely to NOT play another full HT show.
  17. The Q&A is over. Here's some of the stuff Mike said: - He has no plans for a new FM project, but he's open to it. - The band is most likely to NOT play HT in full for other shows except Download. - He mentioned the MFR Cookstoves program. - The band is able to work and record with Chester even though he is touring with STP. - The next album will have a different style from other albums of the band (as expected). - They didn't include a remix of In My Remains in Recharged because they didn't consider any of the remixes received good enough for the album. You can check out the full Q&A here.
  18. This is a great opportunity to get some information on the band's plans for 2014. Let's just hope that Mike will answer the interesting questions (not like STP did in their video chat where they just answered a guy that asked when the EP is released, while the release date was announced a lot before).
  19. Down: Big Bang Baby: Sex Type Thing: Big Empty: Vasoline: Dead&Bloated:
  20. I think after Download they will play 1 or 2 more shows in the UK since they haven't played there for the entire LT world tour. After that maybe they'll play in Germany. RaR and RiP is definitely an option.
  21. I really don't know. I love The Rising Tied and a new Fort Minor album would be awesome. But now, when Chester is touring and recording with STP, if Mike will work on a new FM album, LP will be left aside, and I really don't want the band to have such a big break like they had in 2005. So, at least for now, I think the best option would be EP's (unless Mike will somehow be able to work on a new FM album while touring with LP).
  22. Dubai show officially confirmed. Source.
