There's a simple explaination. It's a live CD. Would be the same thing as putting a studio track in the middle of live in texas.

A lot of bands release studio tracks on live albums. They could have added Wonderful as a bonus track at the end of the album.

I'm not sure if "Cloverleaf" actually became "Castle Of Glass", but the band did mention "Cloverleaf" during "Inside Living Things", so you can add this title to the list.

There was also an extra intro for Ozzfest they added later on, a rock intro with joe scratching. I think it was mostly used with With You. It probably samples some known rock song.

They also used "Something I Can Never Have" by Nine Inch Nails combined with the Gacela Of The Dark Death intro at a few shows in 2004.

Avril Lavigne's band once played an instrumental version of "Faint" during a concert.

When Linkin Park was still a new metal band, Fred Durst said he likes their music. He even sang the chorus of "In The End" during Rock In Rio Lisboa last year.

Pendulum covered "The Catalyst" during a radio show in 2010.

NX Zero played a short cover of "In The End" during their shows. They also have a remix album based on Reanimation.
