  1. https://www.hdtracks.com/index.php?file=art...il&id=10140 You can't see the releases outside the US.
  2. Now that is interesting! So whoever prepared the tracks and supplied them for the HDtracks series screwed things up and we didn't notice it until now.
  3. In my opinion Meteora sounds worse than the CD version, a little too much limiting. The guitars sound like they are clipping.
  4. You should attach a list of all the stuff you found. EDIT: He's talking about this breaking the habit sample that's barely audible anymore
  5. I think I know what sample you mean in Lying From You but that's not part of the itunes sample right? It seems to me that the whole Meteora album has more bass. The songs have a little more impact. EDIT: Wow you are right about Breaking The Habit. It took me a while to figure out what sample you were talking about but it's almost completely gone.
  6. It's an internal disc right? That wouldnt qualify it for this list. Promo CD's get released, internal discs not unless someone spreads them. There are lots more internal discs with live stuff on them that are not in this list.
  7. Just because that song didn't download for him doesn't mean they actually changed it. Let's say they were to fix the songs, they would have replace SOTD and NRL with the proper versions, which they haven't. I talked to Mark right before he bought the album and there was something off with the price too. It was a lot cheaper than it should have been, so maybe that's what caused the trouble. The email says "item modified" not actually that they replaced files. Then again that's just my theory of what happened. The What I've Done album version is not 3:35 long. Mine says 3:25, itunes store too. A length difference by 1 second is nothing unusual.
  8. bridge improvisation? lol, they clearly fucked it up and managed to save it ^^ Milano intro? They played it on a whole tour, well it's probably well know for being played in Milan but that was not the only place. You could call the Japan 2006 intro, Godzilla intro. It uses what I assume the Godzilla theme song is and uses also sounds of the old movies. There was also an extra intro for Ozzfest they added later on, a rock intro with joe scratching. I think it was mostly used with With You. It probably samples some known rock song. Summer Sanitarium 2003 also had an extra intro, which is of course not included for Live in Texas, because it's a mix of different songs/ and speeches. They only part of it I know is Dead Skin Mask by Slayer. You could say that show intros can be seen indipendent from the followed song. I think you should still add them to this list, since you got basically everything else covered here.
  9. And my living room/backyard
  10. And they have proshot recordings of at least all the ATS shows onwards. There's an interview with the video director guy and he said he records it all for LP. I'm pretty sure they aquire all the proshot footage whenever they get filmed at festivals or larger shows. You can see Fiore using pro footage in the Euro Summer 2008 LPTV, MSG 2008, Honda Civic Tour, they also have the entire original rock am ring 2012 footage and much more.
  11. Yes, but i think cassettes are something we can disregard here. Live 8 Sampler, isn't that the promo copy for the later released box set? If so we got that covered with the DVD release. World Premiere Of Meteora, hmmm should we add that or not?
  12. Nobody cares about singles anymore, just on a side note They should take action and replace the tracks with the proper versions. No Roads Left is a popular download and they all get the probably faulty version of the song.
  13. Breaking The Habit on the single doesn't have the transition at the beginning and end. It's a little bit longer in the beginning, it fades in for like 2 seconds before the gunshot. Just compared SIB and it sounds to me like they start in the same spot (with the single starting slightly later) but the single version does not have tiny the transition from Don't Stay in the beginning.
  14. As far as I know this is the Street Team promo http://lpcatalog.com/item/2004_breaking-th...o-cd-dvd-101300 but no idea if this is the one he's talking about. The white promos are not street team editions.
  15. I don't know if songs only get an explict tag if there is both a clean and explicit version available. But isn't the purpose of the explicit tag also to serve as a warning? That's what it's for in the podcasts section. The live version is uncensored and doesn't have an explicit tag. Maybe they picked the wrong song from their library. And assuming Amazon has the right samples up, they have the correct studio collection available. Since there's shouldn't be based on the mastered for itunes tracks. Also the LP.com news do not list High Voltage as a live version.
  16. I'm either having a dejavu or I read about those stories before. Pretty cool. Chester obviously doesn't want to get into detail so I like Mike's article a lot more.
  17. It's also not labeled as explicit. It would be correct for the studio version since that one is clean.
  18. So is it the same WID from the MTM MVI disc?
  19. I wouldn't say Unknown Performance if we didn't look into that already Even if we found out, we still have no date for the performance. I was damn sure that track was also available on iTunes right before they added the new deluxe editions. It's not there anymore. There's also What I've Done live on the Minutes to Midnight Circuit City edition, is that "new" as well?

  21. but getting a your bootleg sold over amazon etc. and retail stores is probably a lot easier than have it sold over itunes.
  22. relax dude. All the important stuff is in the first post. EDIT: someone on the LPA, raised an interesting question. read here: http://www.lpassociation.com/forums/showth...l=1#post1232507 short version: That maybe itunes received a wrong master for Minutes to Midnight at the SOTD and NRL contain edits that were later changed / removed. Pretty interesting theory right there. It would make sense.
  23. Living Things was already a mastered for itunes version. Maybe they add a deluxe version for it later.
  24. Hybrid Theory Deluxe Edition Points Of Authority (Chrystal Method Remix) The quality seems a lot better to me than the LPU2.0 version. Less distortion and less compression which is VERY noticable through out the entire LPU2.0 CD
  25. They are perfectionists, it wouldn't surprise me if they wanted to get sure they can fix stuff easy when something goes wrong on either shows. They were "just" an opening band for Metallica, what if the crowd is not good enough etc. maybe a risk they didn't want to take for their first live dvd. It costs a lot more to record 2 shows instead of just one.
