Making new songs to test this software would make more sense to me than actually rebuilding songs in there. It's not like you can just throw in a song and covert it. And you can't tell me they actually really use stagelight to produce any of their real songs. They have Pro Tools, why should they use something crappy like stagelight.

Must have been the first software I've ever seen that doesn't allow you to pick the destination where you want to have it installed.

I got no sound on either version, then again I'm only on a notebook. I have the same performance problems, laggy as hell and the loading process of all the plugins takes pretty long. Complementary is made from lp samples right? So where does stagelight get it from?

There's very likely more Xero and even earlier than that stuff but I guess we'll never get to hear that. About this VMA Track 3, I thought it never existed? Mike originally said 10 songs but there were only 9, if I remember that right...

This is a song that was made with stagelight. Honestly, everyone thought we would get that today with the stagelight download and not who knows when if the sound packs are something extra. I would blame whoever loves to write misleading emails.

Got it 3 hours ago. D'oh! I'm getting the feeling that this is all a huge scam to get us all into checking out this software. If you go to the openlabs website and download the demo it seems to be exactly the same installer. I think this thing has not a single bit of Linkin Park in there. Nothing in the program folders either. And the email only mentions the complentary song. Unless the mentioned sound pack is something extra.

Yes, Paris was one day after the anniversary. Them doing something special for every anniversary every very would be stupid and nothing special anymore. 10th anniversary is something you might wanna celebrate as a band. For example Slipknot released 10th anniverary editions of their albums with bonus DVD's. There's no show set for the date in March yet but you never know. But they doubt that they'll do something special since they havent really done anything special for HT.

The COMPLEMENTARY track is fine to share. We, the staff decided not to allow the Stagelight LP tracks to be shared here. The no officially released material rule applies here. The software might be free for LPU users but otherwise they sell it.

If I recall right the Honda Civic Tour was ranked the top grossing tour of 2012. All shows were sold out and a total of a quarter million people in attendance. That was probably their most successful tour in years. Just saying.

I'm pretty sure you can also hear the mentioned effect with the crowd noise the moment Chester comes on stage. I don't think this is an intentional thing.

It was a video that aired only on german music tv stations. It's basically the normal OSC video with scenes from the movie "Das Experiment" (a very good movie by the way, don't know if it's availbale in english but I think there was an english remake done recently). There is no digital version to be found anywhere. I tried to track down a VHS copy years ago but no luck. It was aired only for a few months. . I'd guess it's something that Warner Germany made or the movie company. Probably not worth the hassle to track it down but it does exist and it's not fan made.
