  1. They need time to learn new songs but they don't really need to rehearse older stuff or at least not for very long. You can't tell me that they actually rehearsed DOYS/LFY before the Carnivores tour, it's was always a disaster. They don't rehearse much before tours anyway.
  2. Maybe it's just me but every time I listen to the track, the vocal effect used on Chester and the guitar sound gives it a low quality sound, like it's a much lower bitrate.
  3. A date in Germany is a good indicator for a European tour, of course they wouldn't tour Germany only at this point. If it turns out to be true they will play in other European countries, the question is as always which other ones.
  4. You mean the clip of White Noise? That's just his normal itunes library, his "Mall Soundtrack" has only this one song and no cover artwork.
  5. I'm pretty sure Mike refers to the mastering/finalizing the tracks for release when he talks about mixing.
  6. I honestly liked the song a little better when we knew it from the movie clip, I think it works perfectly there. It's still good but it's missing something, it's pretty repetitive, they used the best part in the movie. Remember how most people were bashing the terrible lyrics from the sheet before we even heard the track?
  7. "Music by Chester Bennington, Dave Farrell, Joe Hahn and Mike Shinoda of LINKIN PARK with Alec Puro" sure looks good in every itunes library.
  8. That's right but Brad for example still produces/engineers most of the LP songs, an album is band product. They all have they their input on it someway, even if it's just an opinion or just a blessing that they like it, that's probably the difference. If they only credit those 4 it's for a reason, maybe they were not interested or didn't care to work on music for the movie, or wanted to take time off, or work on THP, who knows. Maybe they didn't want the soundtrack to be a band product, more as a side project that it doesn't interfere with the "real" LP music. The track is great, the 2nd part is a bit weird since we haven't heard it yet. Just take it for what it is, why do we always have to compare it to X and Y when something new comes out? It also happens when a LPU CD drops when there are some real songs on it. I can really understand that with Living Things but Hunting Party is more than a solid record. it's raw and heavy, that's not something that we all expected at this point especially after Living Things.
  9. this comment will we invalid in less than 24 hours
  10. This pre-show post was done way too early, I'm so confused that the show still hasn't happened yet and won't for almost another 2 days.
  11. Mike mentioned that he finished mixing 3 songs now, I hope that means that we will still get all the songs used in the movie.
  12. Have we even heard anything about the LPU14 CD at this point? For the last 2 at least we knew when they were finished. Wasn't it earlier than this (date)? Physical releases often have a much earlier deadline than digital stuff.
  13. It's interesting that it shows this particular date, so it might be true BUT lets not forget that the ticket alert on Eventim showed up for LP more than an entire year (the purpose for this is usually only a few days) in 2012/2013 where no German dates even happened.
  14. In Brazil yes. Ever? No. They played 2 world cup stadiums in South Africa in 2012
  15. the original HT EP that we have for download is clearly different from the HT EP (LPU 1), the LPU1 version was remastered and is noticeably louder. We treat those 3 tracks that you mentioned as remastered versions.
  16. I'm pretty sure everything there is about Grey Daze has been asked and is covered by the "Grey Daze Story". I honestly think those kind of interviews are always super awkward anyway when you only ask a musician about stuff that happened like 20 years ago. I think the only stuff that would we really need to know from Marc is, is what Astat already suggested. Like I pointed out above this one is a little awkard as well if you ask someone like him only about a project he did 15 years ago lol. Questions about current projects always seem so forced. Anyways, I hope that he reveals some details even though I have my doubts about that.

  22. Can you email me the original picture? I handle all the gallery stuff. There's the problem that it's very complicated to edit albums that someone else created. Also I want to crop the pic, as far as I know it doesn't save the original file.
  23. ok, keep an eye on it, I'm sure they'll show it again sometime.
  24. Awesome! Any chance that you recorded the MTV World Stage a few days ago?
  25. For future reference, just because a random person says something is ok to post, doesn't mean that it actually is. Please wait for someone from the staff to respond to this next time. No warning given though. I removed the link because it's just too damn close to the original file. I would have accepted it if this had the restored extended outro or intro. Sorry.
