Don't get greedy and stay realistic, if we don't even get the audio for the shows, no band would ever release all that stuff, it's just impossible, in terms of legal and amount of data for just a few people who actually want that stuff. No one will care anymore if we get flooded with this stuff and they know that.
I don't even understand why this topic was revived for no reason, there are no new developments.
Oh yeah and Geki changing his mind about something, big news lol.
That the DSPs are gone is partially our own fault but the major reason is still that *insert whoever is responsible for the DSP stuff* fucked up, it all went down the drain when they stopped selling the blank discs at the shows, they sold out every time and that clearly covered the costs for each show. When they stopped people didn't even know that they are still selling these, and that's were the problem started. Display after the show that you can buy it and problem solved. Offer an option to buy a code when you purchase the ticket, that shit would sell like crazy. Or just add a dollar to every ticket and offer it for free like they did in 2011.

I know almost zero people with a blu ray player. I will buy a DVD 100% of the time because it plays on my computer. I don't think a blu ray will play on a computer.
I will buy a CD because it plays in my car. I listen to CDs 100% of the time too. DVD/CD combo is great.
If you get too advanced with technology like this Berlin disaster then no one can play the show.
Yes the Berlin stuff was way too advanced but you can't say that about Blurays anymore, it's slowly killing the DVD sales, Bluray sales rise ever year since it's clearly the superior format.
Bluray players are getting cheaper every year, the PS3 was the first wide spread and affordable Bluray player. It took the DVD long enough as well to become a common thing.
And of course you need a Bluray drive to play the discs on your compuer, just like DVD's wouldn't work in a normal CD-ROM drive.

Final Masquerade and Rebellion live from Carnivores as live tracks would be nice. or even better from the European Tour.

There's a Blu-Ray for LIT?
No, sorry if that was confusing. I meant there's still no Bluray.
-
CD's are really pointless at this point because the whole show wouldn't fit on it unless they cut songs or make it 2 discs. I think it's even worse that we didn't get a Bluray for any of these and not even a Bluray for Live in Texas until today.
-
I take demos over random live songs any time as well. That we get special live songs is as unlikely as the other demos we always ask for.

Removed. Can someone explain how the same track wasn't ripped twice? Two different sources and both of them chose not to rip this specific track, why?
It's the exact same tracks, it's not a different rip.

I believe so, even the Audio was like that.
These are all recordings by different people of the same thing, they'll all have the same error.
-
they don't have printed setlists at the FOH anymore, it's all digital. Your best chances are probably in the front row, I heard that Sam was giving away folded setlists at shows besides the ones taped to the stage.

What bothers me the most right now is that Rhinocerous and especially Froctagon have so much clipping, I wonder if they just screwed up the mastering for the CD.
-
Probably a DVBS2 card for a computer, you dont need to be able to watch it to record it.
-
You have to buy it.
-
What's the right spelling for track 7, it seems misspelled to me in the digital version.

You just replied to a locked topic lol, please move on to the other topic ^^
The membership always keeps going if the expiration date is after the launch.

I feel like that might have been due to copyrights. After all, RME was written when they were Xero and Wakefield was in the band. Can't think of any other reason for dropping it.
They don't want us to have nice things, that's the true reason haha
-
Is it just me or does rhinocerous sound a bit unmixed? maybe its my headphones lol
It's cracking in my headphones, but Froctagon is a lot worse
-
The song might be related to the Czeck Republic because they visited the studio in Praque and Berlin 2008, where they probably recorded this.
-
Is it your 30fps encode?
-
I don't think that they'll rebroadcast the entire thing, they might me showing parts on the demo channel though. If they edit the audio for an official release, I don't that they'll send them the fixed out, it will also take a while until they are done with it.
They could rebroadcast it at some point, who knows but those are usually different from the live broadcasts in one way or another.
-
I think that you should either remove the time or add a note to the One Step Closer instrumental, the one that's circulating is not the real one from the CD.
-
30?? is NTSC, the source is PAL.
-
Sold My Soul To Yo Mama, BTH live and PMA piano? That is fucking terrible
-
I'm very sure that the radio channel is exactly the same as the audio track from the 4k channel. It's basically the same demo channel just without the video stream, so I assume the same happened there too.
Webcast, we'll figure it out, we don't know yet.
-
Did that ever stop them? lol
Just because the crowd isn't loud in the mix doesn't mean anything.

the error was in the broadcast, so they all have it.
