  1. Well... I write about it first: I got mine package on December 23.

Hello, Do you remember when two years ago Linkin Park released Hybrid Theory Box Set and there's are several errors in the EU version of the Super Deluxe Box etc. and Warner Bros sent corrected versions? I got the corrected version then. But in the last month I get e-mails from WB regarding the exchange. Again and again. Anyone got the same? Theres a new info about replacemed there: "We are collecting replacement pack requests until 17:00 GMT on Wednesday 7th December 2022 Replacement packs will begin to ship from Monday 12th December 2022. Once your replacement package has shipped we will notify you via email. The notification will include indicated delivery timelines by business/working days. Please be aware that shipping times vary from country to country so we kindly ask for your patience during the delivery stage of your replacement booklet. The email will also contain customer service contact details should you not receive your replacement pack after the indicated delivery timeline has passed. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept requests from Russia, Belarus or Ukraine. Thank you for your registration and patience whilst we work towards getting your replacement pack to you."
  3. Ok, it arrived today! Probably package stuck in Dover (because I see it was sent from the UK) before Christmas, when France closed border and professional drivers waited several days at the border.
  4. I still don't have my replacements... I got e-mail on December 11th about shipping my item and delivery time was 5 - 7 business days. And I still haven't received my package.
  5. I got nothing. The best thing is that in the first e-mail, I immediately gave them my shipping address, and in response they asked for the shipping address, lol. And since then no answer...
  6. I sent email just now. hope they will replace soon.
  7. I hope Adam will do something... Anyway, I'll give them photos, videos and print screens of that, but not until tomorrow.
  8. So, I copied the problem list for HT20 from LPCatalog and I got that answer: "Hello Grzegorz, Thanks for your message. Very sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Kind Regards, Oliver Your Warner Music Customer Service Team" I have the impression that we did not understand each other. How do I take photos of the replaced DVDs for example?
  9. Seriously? They even have replacement? 'Cause it looks like every single box is messed up. And who will pay for the return of the product? I also coctacted with official store and I'm waiting for reply.
