  1. Hi everyone, title sums it up, but I'll expand my ideas here anyway. From the Docklands Arena show back in 2001, to the 02 Arena '17 the band has professionally filmed a relatively huge amount of shows. And I'm talking about stuff worth of Live DVDs that can be commercially viable for mainstream audiences but most of them are shelved in the vault. Bands like Metallica have an enormous quantity of live material, but the 80% of that is mostly composed of venue feeds and SBD raw audio, which is more aligned with the hardcore fans. I was surprised that 2 shows from the PR02 were hidden up until this day, and with the upcoming boxset, I wonder how many shows throughout the years could have been filmed. Creating a DVD isn't so simple as put some recording gear in the mixing desk and let it running, that shit is expensive, so then why just record it if you're not going to use it at the end of the day?
  2. The anniversary that we're all really expecting the most is Recharged 20 🤣
  3. Besides each own personal age and connections with the band, I get why the Meteora era is more appreciated than HT. This is my theory (pun intended) When HT came out and exploded, LP for general audiences were another one nu metal band, one of the best sellers, for sure, but their image and music were very alignated with the scene. Moreover the band was present in all of the cultural highlights of that movement: Ozzfest, Family values... Not to mention touring and supporting bands like Korn. The Meteora era was the one when they really started to become a unique entity. Not just because the Nu metal was falling apart, but because their "urban" image that the mainstream audience has always attributed to the band, was developed during this 03/04 seasons. And for many that was their pike before "disappearing" and return as a very different band that many have outgrown. In fact, when LP announced their last European tour in 2017, many people on Social Media jokingly said "LP in my country? That's so 04". That's why I also believe that the rest of the boxes won't be so successful PS: Except for the OML, watching the "THIRD TO LAST SHOW BEFORE CHESTER'S PASSING" will be so tempting for many...
  4. hard to beat the original, but who knows if we get to listen the full version
  5. As I said in the other topic, perhaps the nUmB.exe might be a prank to disguise Lost, like those times when you thought you've downloaded something and it was another completely different song
  6. Here in Spain it was also very common back then to be writing in Spongecase. It surprised me when that kind of writing was resurrected. Perhaps wasn't so common in the P2P, but far from being a historical inaccuracy. But we all agree that Linking Park is such a cult classic.
  7. The Live Rarities 2003/04 are also included on that version
  8. About the nUmB.exe joke, it might be a way to disguise Lost. You know, paying homage to those times when you downloaded a song and it might be a completely different one
  9. I adore when they have fun of themselves. That's so 2003-2006.
  10. Great explanation! Another question, the RTR, then, it's a Jay guests in a LP headline show, but the songs are partially covers. What case that would be? PS: regarding the RAR04 now I get why the BTH from Underground 4 has identical mix to the TV release
  11. I wouldn't have high hopes, perhaps they've chosen a one without him to not deal with the rights problems
  12. About the live DVD, will they be recordings from the venue's video feed or live recordings with audience integrated? Like the PR02 DVD
  13. Hello everyone, it's not the best day to post this but anyway, I've received my replacements. As with the others, it contained the litographs the PR backstage pass, the DVDs and the LPU Rarities CD
  14. Am I the only one who misses OSC from Detroit? PS: I wish I had the LIT and Nottingham show also in CD
  15. I wonder if Mike has ever "reviewed" linkinpedia and which would be his opinion
  16. How it ended up the relationship with Jeff Blue? I heard that he had this tendency to become too attached with the bands he represented and he didn't took too well the fact that the band move up from him
  17. General question, why over all these years, so many HT stuff has been discovered but so much secrecy about this era?
  18. I'm losing my mind over having the LPU tracks and live shows, I feel you bro hahahaha
