you know, that song would be pretty tight live if they were to play it with piano, violin, maybe even acoustic guitar... Is it just me, or does New Divide instrumental sound TOTALLY better without the commercial lyrics? This would have been a sick instrumental for their new album really.

Thank you! i was hoping i wasn't the only one to hear that... at some points i was wincing at the bad notes he sang. Quite outta the norm for chester. He hits bad notes yeah, hes not perfect... and to sing on key 100% live without help, is almost impossible, but he can DEF do better

What does that have to do with anything? I know that. I'm saying there is bass in the song... so pho would and should be in the whole video. Obv. something happened where he couldn't be in the whole song

there's bass in the song. It sounds like a rhythm guitar because it's distorted, but there's bass

to go along with astat here, i've learned in life, that assuming will almost screw you up 99.9% of the time *dam girls * So you all ASSUMED you would get demos. how did lp screw you by releasing stuff that they have NEVER released before? All music prior that was released by them, was serious music. You all expect way to much out of LP. and astat, he was referring to how you say (and you're correct) how there is only one guitar part and the rest synths, bass etc. and that that quote says "guitarS" in it

Ok i was generalizing a bit, i love metal too and basically everything. So sorry for putting a label on you. I do recognize that the old school lovers (also myself) LOVE their HT sound. But It gets quite annoying when fans just bicker and just complain about everything. jesus you guys complain about every little thing. Just because it's new doesn't mean its automatically MTM part two omg!! WID part 2!! they are barely the same. And this song is way better than WID by the looks at it. There are too many metal heads expecting super crunching guitars and drums lol

In all honesty, mike did all he could, i'm positive. Tak expected Mike could pull whatever strings just because his band is like Warner's number one band they have. But from a monetary standpoint, S.O.B isn't worth a whole lot. And that's just the reality of the situation sadly.

no by his definition, Bands have to be totally linear. They are supposed to play the same thing over and over, and doing something cool should be outlawed.
