  1. I hope they release some b-sides or demos for free as a "Sorry for cancelling", lol.
  2. I'd say it's likely they brought in their own demos for inclusion in those parts of the songs, but don't take it as confirmation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_People_%28album%29 The "Additional personnel", which I'd guess was taken from the album lists Mike and Chester as writers of the song. Then Chino Moreno is listed as a writer for The Hours too. However Prince Paul and Dan Nakamura are listed as producers of the songs. I'm leaning towards each artist bringing in their own demos and co-producing the final product in each song since the styles of the songs are so diverse it would be unlikely for 2 producers to branch out like this.
  3. Not everything always works out properly and in time, especially in the movie business, where you no longer have control once you're done directing/editing/producing your part in the movie. I'm also amazed some people didn't know in another thread that movies have different titles in different countries, that's basic knowledge.
  4. Have you bought the OST yet Geki?
  5. LOL. Asteroids is just like Issho Ni, Complimentary or any other track like that, it's "official", as in made by Mike, but not on an "official release".
  6. Yeah, I doubt multitracks exist for that song. It's definitely a different Blue.
  7. Nice find! Hadn't seen the ATS blackboards since LPUXIV was released
  8. Right, I knew it but I got confused in the moment.
  9. This video has a link
  10. Complimentary, Space Station and Bruiser are demos from the LP Vault, Asteroids was made using Brazil and other demos, just like the LP jam1 and 2.
  11. Of course they're seeds, take a look at Luna in the video, from that little sound an entire song was made, it's impossible to make fully fledged LP songs out of these but the clips in the video are a good aproximation.
  12. Same guy uploaded it with the properly mixed versions. Fucking cool, why didn't they give us demos like this in LPU14
  13. Yeah that's the Blackout MIDI-pad I think they were talking about. There's some cool stuff they could use again.
  14. In the second link Mike talks about a midi pad where they scratch the things you played in the keyboard, I think that's how Blackout was made Also, holy shit I had never seen the tracking board in that pic, they had at least 24 potential songs by June 2008, for inclusion in ATS
  15. Holy Shinoda! Only 1 month 'til Luna.
  16. Source?
  17. It's likely, since Catharsis is also there in the sample pack. Also everything in the video sounds way better than the stuff we got this year... Wish I had heard it before I bought it, goddamn. Nothing beats LPU9. THAT was the best year ever. Mike singing in BTH is epic, that's some balls for exposing yourself to the world like that.
  18. Also if anything All For Nothing's demo would likely be called True Chainz, lol.
  19. The info is 100% real, Charges Around sounds exactly like every other Meteora instrumental demo, plus you can hear Mike introducing the song as a 2002 demo.
  20. I've always thought the same as Astat, none of the other MTM demos we have are the 17th song, it's completely unknown to us.
  21. Damn, I remember that LP6 page, back in 2007... Fuck, time passes fast.
  22. I can count at least Chicken Basket, Kingdom, Monday (Mondaymeeting), Sakura, Seahorse, Naut (Argonauts) being from the ATS sessions. I can't really tell if any of them are from the LT sessions since we have very little demo names and the band narrowed it down to 11 songs plus 1 b-side we don't even know the name of. A lot of them sound really similar too, like DBY to Sakura, or Hyper to Kingdom...
  23. Ammosick is from the MTM sessions... the LPA Wiki has enormous amounts of information absolutely wrong. I'm 100% sure that every single track from Stagelight, apart from Divided and Catharsis came from the ATS sessions. Almost all of the names check out with the ones in the tracking boards shown in the LPTVs and the Making Of ATS. FUCK I just confirmed indeed that Ammosick is "the last line" song beyond a shadow of a doubt... It says Ammosick to the left of Iridescent, and "the last line" is above it Can't believe I never caught that, I've had that screen-cap since 2012, lol.
  24. It's weird that Ammosick is the "last line" song and Dancer is the "donna" song... I'd figure it'd be the other way around, I'll wait for the score to be released.
