Here's what setlist.fm says the set was. It's the same as above but without Blackout.
-
the round is over:
Bleed It Out 2
Breaking the Habit 2
Jigga What/Faint 4
One Step Closer 1
No More Sorrow 1
Jigga What/Faint is eliminated despite the epicness of that outro. We're now down to the final 5 tracks!
The remaining songs are:
1. One Step Closer
3. No More Sorrow
5. Given Up
11. Breaking the Habit
19. Bleed It Out
My vote is for Bleed It Out.
-
I love how the band continues to experiment with Bleed It Out. No Roads Left sounded about as good as the first time they tried BITS over the bridge, but that definitely got better as time went on and hopefully (if they continue) this will as well.
And, as always, A Place For My Head sounds awesome!

the round is over:
In the End 2
Jigga What/Faint 1
Lying From You 2
The Little Things Give You Away 2
Breaking the Habit 1
Crawling 2
A big round of eliminations this time. In the End, Lying From You, The Little Things Give You Away, and Crawling are all eliminated.
The remaining songs are:
1. One Step Closer
3. No More Sorrow
5. Given Up
11. Breaking the Habit
18. Jigga What/Faint (with Jay-Z)
19. Bleed It Out
My vote is for Bleed It Out.

I remember Mike posting a different video before, but I've never seen this one. Thanks for sharing.

I say Blackout, its a very unpredictable song on your first listen. And I'm pretty sure Eminem has some song I've heard that has the same kind of marching beat like Hands Held High.
Your thinking of Like Toy Soldiers, I think.

the round is over:
In the End 2
Jigga What/Faint 1
The Little Things Give You Away 2
What I've Done 4
Crawling 2
What I've Done is eliminated.
The remaining songs are:
1. One Step Closer
3. No More Sorrow
5. Given Up
6. Lying From You
10. The Little Things Give You Away
11. Breaking the Habit
13. Crawling
14. In the End
18. Jigga What/Faint (with Jay-Z)
19. Bleed It Out
My vote is for In the End again.

^ Has it even been played yet?
-
It was about the beginning days of Linkin Park. It's not about him saying that Nu-Metal is the greatest thing ever. It's about him saying that he (and Linkin Park) will create the music that they want to and nothing else.
-
It's still my 2nd favorite album (behind NIN's The Fragile). I don't listen to it 2-3 times daily like the first month, but I still listen at least once a month.

Hands Held High and Blackout are definitely good choices. Another very original song would be The Catalyst. The structure and total shift in tone are what make that truly unique. The build is also done in an interesting way. The synth solo is really cool, too.

Maybe you can't understand this. We in Europe can see LP very often maybe every year, so really more as in Brazil or in an other country. You can't that compare together. When we say we are dissapointed over the set then because we have seen it for 4-5 times and that is bored. You see them maybe in 3-5 years again and then you will have new set in the concert and then it's to have that set.
In other words: Your spoiled, but you deserve more?

Mike is a fantastic singer (Chester is waaaaay better). Chester and Mike make a great contrast to each other whether Mike is singing or rapping.
Regardless, what does this have to do with a Fort Minor record? I believe we've lost the point of this thread by a lot.

Note: to the people voting 'Numb': It's already eliminated!
the round is over:
Shadow of the Day 4
The Little Things Give You Away 1
Jigga What/Faint 2
In the End 1
Shadow of the Day is eliminated.
The remaining songs are:
1. One Step Closer
3. No More Sorrow
5. Given Up
6. Lying From You
10. The Little Things Give You Away
11. Breaking the Habit
13. Crawling
14. In the End
16. What I've Done
18. Jigga What/Faint (with Jay-Z)
19. Bleed It Out
My vote is for In the End.

Well they already did it in 2004 and it was awesome. As I've said many times I think they should play a lot of older songs, but if they don't (as it is happening right now), I'm open to the idea
Korn has been doing this, playing a medley of not only old songs but singles like Coming Undone or Thoughless
Actually, how about doing a medley of newer songs or singles and adding older stuff instead?
It wouldn't make sense for them to make room for older songs if they're promoting new material. Medleys of older songs would be awesome though. I've got an idea for a new hip-hop medley that would sound awesome.

My vote is for Shadow of the Day.

^ I agree. Meteora is completely devoid of emotion since Don Gilmore forced them to rewrite lyrics so many times that they became insincere. Musically there were some cool ideas and there's a couple of really cool tracks, but overall the emotion that made Hybrid Theory so great just wasn't there.
-
Cure for the Itch as the opener is pretty cool.
-
Jornada del Muerto as an opener would be frickin' sweet.
-
I hope we don't have to wait until the DSP to know the setlist...

the round is over:
Leave Out All the Rest 3
Pushing Me Away 3
The Little Things Give You Away 1

19. Bleed It Out
My vote is for From the Inside.

The problem is that Grecian is not finished. It was dropped early, but maybe they finish just like Japan(Across The Line) or Blackbirds.
It's possible that we'll get the unfinished version on one of the LPU CD's. I doubt they'll go back and finish it. Across the Line was finished during the MTM sessions and Blackbirds likely was too since we have clips that sound just like the finished version (IIRC). I'll bet they were mastered later for their releases, though.
-
No. The demo was completed in 2008. The version we have is the one that was completed in 2008. That's why it doesn't say 2006. I can't remember where it was confirmed, but I do remember confirmation. I'm looking for the source right now.
Edit: can't find the source, but I definitely remember reading that.

Pretend To Be was post-MTM I do believe.
Pretend To Be was FINISHED post-MTM but was actually a demo from MTM sessions.

It's a toss-up between New Divide and Numb/Encore. I think I'm gonna go with Numb/Encore.
