This was beautiful! After 7 years this show felt like closure and birth of something new yet familiar. I feel like I am finally ready to accept, to let go but never forget. Its incredible what some guys from USA can do to my fragile heart. I miss him so freaking much...its not healthy.

That's not really a relevation is it? I haven't read the book, but I caught up early on, that Brad is responsible for the business side of the band, like in '00s. It even starts really with his internship at Zomba I think??? Also in some documentaries it was mentioned a lot, even in frat party it hink they talk about it briefly. And if I was Mike, I'd be eternally thankful to brad for letting me be just creative and not making me obsess over business too much.

My only problem with HT is that they copy the beards, hair styles, brads headphones, clothing styles....its deeply creepy and cringy to me. If they had their own art style and did LP Covers, it would be (for me) something entirely else, but the way they do it now, impossible for me to watch and enojy.

I was thinking a bit...lets say they got some one or find someone relatively soon. Then they have about 2.5 years left (2,5 for writing/recording sessions and about 6 months for promotional compaign preparations) to figure out what to do next and record some new music to be just in time to return at the break anniversary.

A great female singer would be a great female singer, because great voice is unisex. There are several ways to make growlier songs possible, with backvocals as support, skipping singing altogether and letting the fans sing or other things that don't come to mind right now. Also I really wouldn't use the word replacement... Whoever comes in is supporting the band, nobody could or would replace Chester.

There is nobody else who hates giving out any concrete information, especially to fans, than Mike. He would go to the most random podcast and tell important things, things we always wanted to know, in passing, as if nothing happened. He is the last person I'd want a book from about LP, but if he did I'd probably read it.

I am completely pulling this out of my ass, so I am probably wrong...that being said, I got the feeling that the LP/Warner contract is ending soon and Warner wants to squeeze the cow as much as possible. AFAIK they renew the contract every 10 years or so. I have no idea what would happen if LP won't renew...there might be a shift in royalties, merch rights, distribution rights etc etc. as I said, no idea what would actually happen if they dont sign, but it fits my cow-milking theory.

Only other new thing listed in my source is the lost demos vinyl, so if there is a singles collection there is no entry for it.
