Yeah, i'm also not sure they'll be able to fill up all those venues in Brazil. Only if they manage somehow to keep the hype up with some new release or something.

People claim Alex and Em for not sounding perfect live, but they forget Brad and Chester wouldn't too all the time. Alex style on the stage is cool, great presence. The downstroking only gives it a more dramatic feel.

All tracks, minus IGYEIH, were already written in programmed drums. He did some fills here and there. The one he could really create something on the spot was IGYEIH. The first time he heard Two Faced he said "i love it, it's nu metal" and Mike said "NEVER SAY IT AGAIN" In many interviews till now he talked on how he doesn't need double pedal. he can do a lot fast stuff with one. -
It will be cool That's what i want to see! Making of before Emily and then after Emily. Comparisons of the demos and such. I bet they'll release a complete making of material. Like the MTM/ATS ones.

Hope Emily goes a little lighter at the beggining today, so she can endure solid till the end. And i think they'll do Live In Texas style, recording 2 days and editing into one film.

So fun. Nu metal as it was in the early 2000s but with a more modern melody on the chorus. This is a banger. Will blow up for sure.

It's clear Linkin Park just wants to move on making music without looking back. There's not any clear nod at Chester, or any homage at all (at the concerts, songs, interviews...) They're almost pretending it didn't even happen. Seems like it's working, tho. Of course us, the hardcore fans, would expect more materials connected to Chester somehow, paying homages and such. But they have the right to move on like they're doing.

More Brazil, please! we need more time to buy plane tickets, book hotels and such. Those two were too last minute. Like, 5 smaller arenas shows around all country would be awesome (Brazil is as big as USA or ocidental europe)

Am on the third listen now, there's at least 5 very very memorable songs. Instant classics. The album as a piece feels a little bit without personality because of it's diversity. MTM and LT were very diverse and had a more clear identity. (Sorry for the double post, didn't even realize i did it)

Cut The Bridge pre-chorus Emily sounds like Upsahl from Happy Endings. The sound itself brings me back a little bit to Happy Endings, don't know why.

Weird how it was done with an 3d printed OLD LP logo. All those old logos cool pictures are basically useless now. Seems like the new logo came way later in the process. As a designer, i would say the visuals got so "fluid" and "smooth" that the old logo with sharp edges didn't fit the concept. So the new logo is a natural consequence of those pictures.
