  1. i would like some interviewer to ask them about the album songs, if all of them are demos from the past 1 year, or if some of them are older demos as long 2019. not a single interviewer or even the fans on the livestream asked about if HITC was really made for LOL or if it was adapted for it. We need more info on the production! Guess now that the first leg of the tour ended, they will focus more talking about the album itself.
  2. Dude is answering live right now. Mentioned LPLive and Linkinpedia as sources.
  3. People are going insane on the Livenation social media. They're saying it was allowed 8 tickets per person. That's too much! They probably did that already knowing there was going to be at least one more concert. There's still some people claiming one more date in Rio de Janeiro is happening (i doubt so).
  4. A few topics: - The new album is "AGGRESSIVE". There are some sigfinicantly heavy songs. Casualty being one of them. He's excited to play that one. - There are some soft songs on the album. - Someone asks "what's the genre?" and he sarcastically answers "have you ever heard Linkin Park at all?" - Mentions new album has lots of profound lyrics. - He mentions more new songs being produced right now with great lyrics and would possibly be released during 2025. - He mentions playing big festivals in 2025, just don't know which ones. - Loves playing Papercut. Hardest song is The Catalyst because of the almost "off beat" it has. But mentions no song was really hard to learn. - His favorite band of all ir RATM. His favorite band right now is Sleep Token. He knows a lot about rock/metal (mentions bad omens, spiritbox, slipknot, avenged, parkway drive, a day to remember, one ok rock, ...) - He mentions meeting Chester just once in a backstage, talking to him very briefly but in a very warmth way. - He mentions playing a lot of different instruments during From Zero production, and doing backing vocals too. He says the production is "all over the place", so He, Mike, Dave, Brad... all play instruments here and there. - Someone asked about "how the production on the album was divided between him and mike", and he answered kind of in a evasive way, telling to "ask Mike". But in other question he said it's "transcendental" to work with Mike. - He knows how to play lots os instruments "not very well", but says he's pretty good in 3 or 4. But drumming is his primary skill, he play drums since 6yo. - He mentions Emily once or twice, saying the first time he met her... he was in the studio with Mike and this singer was in the booth singing and he asked Mike "who's she? i know this scream". And Mike said Emily from Dead Sara... and Collin already knew Dead Sara, heard some old songs and liked it. - He seems to really know a lot about LP songs, mentions some deep cuts like In Pieces and such. Says he grew up listening the band. - He answers about "replacing Rob", that's not replacing at all, it's keeping the band alive, it's going forward. He's inspired by Rob and would never dare to literally "replace" him.
  5. Chester himself was clean-singing almost all songs in the last years. Emily is doing great dinging her balance. The voice-cracking is happening a lot for a professional singer, but it's all about her finding her limits. It's working itself up. The performance is outstanding.
  6. Yeah, i don't think this collab will get as big as the other ones did (like the Imagine Dragons one). LOLers will boycott. It's a vanity dispute. This anthem is supposed to be 100% LOL-centric, the band playing it is secondary and should be no more than a slight feature. But LP's comeback is just as big and important, and it wouldn't make sense to not promote the band itself with the song too. Weird choice of collab considering this.
  7. If i remember correctly Mike says during the concert "this is Alex, filling for our friend Brad... who's watching" or something like that. So, for me, it was always clear that Brad was at the venue.
  8. Lots of dislikes on the video (more than i expected). What were LOL fans expecting? Why don't they like it?
  9. It's unfathomable how much is in the behind the scenes of a massive production like this one. I can't even comprehend how to make all of that work. Amazing people developing great experiences.
  10. The Bad Omens and Sleep Token thing made me jump of my chair. It took me a while to understand they weren't going together on all venues. Also, it isn't going to be the 360 stage.
  11. https://www.ticketmaster.fr/en/resultat?ipSearch=Linkin+park+
  12. Great performance!
  13. Seems like they'll try to not make any setlist equal to another. Each show with something unique. That would explain Emily's "i had to learn 50 songs"
  14. november 15 is also HOLIDAY in Brazil, so it just gets better. Damn, i'm already going to BMTH on november 30th... now Linkin Park 15 days earlier.
  15. Since the first From Zero livestream i was wondering what those plastic sheets were. And i guess it's supposed to be like when you cover something with plastic, in a abandoned house or something like that. Things that were forgotten or abandoned for some time. Now you're taking the plastic cover off and playing with all that again
  16. Question for you guys that have been on the show, how does the 360º stage feels like? There are a lot of moments both mike and emily are with their back turned to you? don't it feel weird?
  17. Well, with all the performances he already have, it's clear LP couldn't go on with just Mike on vocals. They made the correct decision.
  18. It's almost unbelievable how they kept all of this as a secret. I want a behind the scenes on the secrecy of their return. How it was planned, all the NDAs they had to do, the codinames, all the planning. They went to studio with lots of people, they recorded a full album with new members, they built a whole arena tour (with lightning, audiovisual, structure, etc.), they negotiated with venues around the world, they made a video clipe with real and digital capture, they did photoshootings, they did many marketing materials... The lawyers and management did an AMAZING job.
  19. Chester had 20 years with the band, to learn, to improve, to know himself and how to approach songs (songs he helped write, he was a part of them since their construction) Emily is no more than 12 months into this, having to first memorize structures and lyrics of 50 songs. All while recording new stuff and dealing with all this crazy world change for her. Now it's the time when she's starting to really learn the approaches on detail. She will be way more awesome than she already is. It's clear she was trying to heard to scream all the time, to be heavy and raspy all the time. It was the pressure of "no one will be able to replace Chester screams". And now she learned that we enjoy when she sings, and the scream are some spicy touches here and there.
  20. At the end on Papercut, they stood side-by-side, and it felt weird that they didn't hug. I get it was Mike and Chester thing, but i missed that, it felt cold not doing so. And i also understand, she being a woman, hugging and touching has to be way more cautious.
  21. Even Chester wouldn't always do justice to Given Up and some other screamed songs. People are remembering and comparing Emily to studio Chester or best performances Chester. The Faint bridge, for example, he wasn't even properly screaming anymore for years.
  22. Curious, almost all songs lyrics last words are the song title.
  23. They played Breaking The Habit, they played Friendly Fire, they have a new song, they are touring around the world. They're moving on, looking ahead. They will respect the past, sure, but they won't be stuck on it crying or mourning over Chester at every concert. This is Linkin Park. Chester would LOVE they just kept going.
  24. Colin is a good drummer, he has skills. And nice to see him playing guitars too, dude is a complete musician. Lacking the charisma for now, but that's allright. Can improve.
