  1. would say they are just not too big in the US. We shouldn’t forget that they had MCR as a Co headliner in 2007. And MCR was kinda big back then. Right now they really don’t have big Supportes for their US dates. And perhaps cancelling the tour wasn’t the main problem (that can happen) but rather Chester popping up a few months later (end of match while he broke his ankle like mid January) with STP on a tour. That didn’t look too great for some fans.
  2. You may look up your private messages.
  3. I wrote that in the other thread. They could double the amount of stadium shows and sell them out. Everthing LP touches in Germany translates to gold. It's not too far fetched that Germany is the biggest market for them (as the german concert promoter said in the interview about LP not playing at RaR). Kinda funny that they have to mention that this is the last german show.
  4. I can only agree with that. You also have to remember that the high number of shows and an average capacity of around 17,000 means that the scale is really huge. We're talking about around 400,000 - 450,000 (or whatever number of tickets) tickets that can be sold. That's not exactly a small number. And as has already been mentioned, LP is not that huge in the US compared to other countries or continents. I can only keep pointing out how stupidly big LP is in Germany. The 5 stadium shows must have a combined capacity of 200.000-250.000 and they could have doubled the number of shows and still sold them out. The difference is huge. But I'm also sure that if they did a double-headlining tour with another big band, tickets would have gone fast in the US. For example, a new edition of the Blinkin Park shows would sell out rather quickly.
  5. This show has such a special feeling. I remember this blonde head walking through the picture and it was clear that things were about to change. Many here in the LPL community had some suspicions that it would be Emily, but to see it actually happen is something else. It's always special to come back to this show and remember the time in the Shoutbox. How we all sat in front of the screen and didn't know what to write. This show is full of special moments. Like Mike saying at the beginning “It's good to see you again” or “And in the role of Chester Bennington...” or Emily crying. There are definitely some cool new camera angles here. The mix is also really well executed.
  6. The clean guitar part in the intro and during the verses are quite a reference to Xero songs like Dialate. That intro sample as well might even be from Fuse. Two Faced definitely has a Xero vibe with modern production ofc.
  7. Correct if I remember correctly. Same for the Grammys.
  8. I mean they definitely get paid more than in 2017. Not just because LP is back and their comeback is huge as hell but just based on the higher cost bands have for staff etc. We see that in those ticket prices for their headlining tour as well. Their revenue for shows are dumb high as well compared to other shows where we have exact information of. For their first 5 shows they had an average box office revenue of 1.8 million $.
  9. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-1qSGGQBLh3BDXe9DX6-K5DrCMdfdVyvhpzmlDalPVA/edit?gid=0#gid=0 The list our dear friend Astat created for key changes and Tunings. Some of the songs mentioned have a different pitch and/or a different tuning. It seems to me that for the palm muted parts that there is almost an pedal or an amp configuration missing in the background that gives it more punch. Cause I don't think that he playes it "wrong". He though plays the verse for Papercut different. Instead of C#|-0-0-0--8-88-8-7-7-| it looks like he playes it like that: G#|----------1-11-1-0-0-| C#|-0-0-0--------------| Even though I play guitar I'm no where near an expert but that should not make much of a difference. At least when I recreated it on guitar that way it can still sound "aggressive".
  10. I observed this thread for quite a bit and thought that I may throw in my lists as well. Even though I hate listing such things as differentiating can be tough with plain numbering. It also depends on the mood and phase of life I'm in right now. General Albums 1. Meteora 2. From Zero 3. The Hunting Party 4. Hybrid Theory 5. A Thousand Suns 6. Minutes To Midnight 7. Living Things 8. One More Light From Zero Songs: I guess a 1-11 ranking doesn't make much sense to me so I put the songs into that ranking. First song in each catagory doesn't mean much. That was random.
  11. Sadly those are part of the game and those litte chats on Discord when Mike answers random question that sometimes are really detailed are much more interesting lol
  12. Man they are sooo silly at moments it's great 🤣 The vibe, the atmosphere is so great to see!
  13. Great video to see how the crowd really went nuts on Two Faced. Great reception if you ask me.
  14. 12 am your own local time.
  15. Thought about that as well. Not exactly but almost like when they filmed two shows for Live in Texas.
  16. Rest in peace your bank account lol.
  17. Probably due to the fact that the whole tour got reworked.
  18. Yea pretty spoiled again here in Germany. 4 big stadium shows, Architects as supporting act but all dates are in the middle of the week. I will probably won‘t go to University for a whole week.
  19. Yes me too, glad someone mentioned it
  20. Yea make sense, wasn‘t it a week last time they announced the first leg of the tour?
  21. Plaster 3 is common as well 🤣
  22. The second one is so hilarious 🤣 There is so much stuff going on even in the background that you need to watch it multiple times.
  23. We see a mixture of Figure 09 and OSC here. Guitars are very similar
  24. Man what a fun video!
