    One month passed and you know it all still feels so weird :/ I woke up yesterday with I'll Be Gone playing in my head. I had a dream I saw Linkin Park play a show with Steve Aoki (For some unknown reason) and they played I'll Be Gone and the Vice remix as well. Weird dream but it felt real. In fact all the dreams I've had ever since Chester passed away all felt real.

    I know The River has nothing to do with The Rev, I mentioned it as I thought you might've been confused about it. Synyster indeed wrote the song in the beginning as honor for his late grandfather, just read an article about it.

    If I remember correctly, Synyster Gates was the sole songwriter of that song. He wrote all the lyrics & I think all of the music too after The Rev's death. "The River" by Good Charlotte that features Matt and Synyster was written before The Rev's death, I think.

    I was going to vote for OML regardless I just had a debate with myself over participating in the final round or not because I love both songs. This was really fucking hard lol

    Of course. I never said I disagreed with anyone voting for it I just thought it was a little too early so I waited until the final round to vote for it. As much as I love the title track, and how emotional it is, I prefer NCSM a lot more, can relate to it on a higher level than I did with the title track. I actually thought about not voting at all in the first place.
