  3. The reason people are bitter about COGE, Ballad Medley, Joe Solo, and Mike's Solo is because this was supposed to be the rock album cycle. Mike was constantly talking about rock dying and how rock bands need to step up their game and be more visceral. After all that, they go and play a very dancey, pop friendly set. It opens up with a bang then just falls off halfway through. On top of that, they shortened all of their old hits and even new stuff that just came out. It's a weird flow. I still like their live show in general but it could be so much better. Drawbar/Final Masquerade instead of Ballad Medley, Fallout/The Catalyst instead of RB/Joe Solo and a full LITE instead of Mike's solo for the rock shows at least would be an upgrade.
  4. I've watched Papercut through A Line In The Sand so far and it sounds great to me. ALITS was nailed perfectly this time. That other guitarist is doing better than Brad. I don't see what Mark was talking about. Of course he was actually there though. So idk.
  5. What I would like to see right now for these rock shows. 00. Intro Mashup (Catalyst/Requiem) 01. Guilty All The Same (w/ Rakim) 02. Given Up (ext. outro) 03. From The Inside 04. One Step Closer (ext. outro) 05. Papercut (new intro/full version) 06. Keys To The Kingdom 07. Runaway (shortened) 08. Wastelands 09. Points Of Authority 10. Waiting For The End (Apaches intro/wall of noise outro) 11. Numb (guitar intro/encore outro) 12. Drawbar 13. Final Masquerade (MV outro) 14. Session/CFTI mashup 15. New Divide 16. Burn It Down 17. In The End 18. A Place For My Head (BBB intro) 19. Faint (ext. outro) ENCORE: 20. What I've Done (AMBO intro/ext. bridge) 21. A Line In The Sand 22. Bleed It Out (drum solo intro/Catalyst refrain)
  6. Who all is going to this?
  7. ALITS + APFMH + FTI = PROFIT!
  8. BID was great in 2012 with the pyro but now its lame. Plus, its right after New Divide. C'mon.
  9. I agree Soul. I like it as well. It shows LP's broad range of going from high-energy in your face songs to a quiet, intimate, stripped down performance. But alas, I wouldn't mind seeing it be replaced. I really wish Mike could see this thread and get ideas.
  10. A Line In The Sand A Place For My Head One Step Closer Perfect Encore!
  11. I re watched that part and a little bit before Dean grabs the mic, you can hear someone chanting "You're not Scott!" over and over. That's probably what that was about.
  12. Semi-realistic set I would like to see on the upcoming shows. 00. Intro Mashup 01. Guilty All The Same 02. Given Up (ext. outro / straight into..) 03. Forward/Don't Stay 04. Papercut (in full with long violen intro) 05. Keys To The Kingdom 06. From The Inside 07. Runaway/Wastelands 08. Points of Authority 09. Waiting For The End (apaches intro) 10. New Divide (in full with a shorter Moscow intro build-up) 11. Drawbar 12. Final Masquerade (with ext. outo just like music video going into..) 13. New Joe Hahn Solo (mashup of Session/CFTI) 14. Numb (04 guitar intro) 15. Hip-Hop Medley w/full band (like 04 RAR but with different songs) 16. Burn It Down (w/ pyro) 17. In The End 18. Bleed It Out/A Line In The Sand (live mashup w/drum solo intro) ENCORE: 19. What I've Done (any intro/ext. bridge) 20. Faint (ext. outro) 21. A Place For My Head 22. One Step Closer (ext. outro) For rotation purposes to change up the set... - swap FTI for SIB - swap ND for UIG or BTH - change songs in the hip-hop medley - swap PoA for LFY
  13. lolol that is the funniest shit I have ever read on here! Anyway, really stoked for you man! If tickets dont sell out before my wife and I can afford to buy them, we will surely be at the Monterrey show.
  14. I don't even live in Europe and I am excited for you guys! The Frequency Festival looks awesome!
  15. YES! I love Fort Minor! I would much rather have another FM album right now than LP7.
  16. Go to youtube and sort by date uploaded and you can find it there.
  17. It's now showing up for me.
  18. I'd really like to see this happen and have bands like A Day To Remember/Bring Me The Horizon/Of Mice & Men and that genre be the support. It would be an obvious reason to have to play the big loud jams.
  19. I am very excited about this announcement. I have plenty of time to save up for it, its not far, my wife loves The Pretty Reckless and I love Papa Roach. Seeing them with Linkin Park has been a big dream of mine. We will be trying really hard to go to this. It's nice to see LP playing with bands likes this. I have been getting back into rock music big time and this is perfect. So stoked. Hopefully they will bring in some jams. This isn't one of their personal headliners nor is it a festival with all kinds of genres. This is a rock show. I really hope they take that into consideration and bring out the bangers.
  20. Driving 7 hours tomorrow for this! Can't wait. Bringing a few people and getting a hotel and probably going out after the show. I have saved my last 2 weeks tips + my check to have plenty of money for merch stuff plus a good after party! Stoked to see all 3 bands and to meet Linkin Park! Here's hoping they play APFMH at this show.
  21. 1. I discovered them in 2001 and met them in 2012. Even got to go on stage and hangout with Mike personally right before he blew up on APFMH. 2. My dad was showing me the music he was into at the time and I found both Linkin Park and Incubus that way. I heard Hybrid Theory and Make Yourself for the first time back to back. 3. I have all official releases by the band. Even some single CDs. 4. I love all their albums but my favorite is Hybrid Theory. It's what I grew up on. 5. My favorite song is a tie of A Place For My Head and Papercut. I sound like a HT fan boy between this and my answer to number 4. I really do love all their music and at times ill go months without listening to that album.. its just my favorite. 6. Roads Untraveled 7. Mike Shinoda by far.
  22. Were songs still shortened last night?
  23. Thanks! I have a permanent hook up now to any show. Mike said so himself!
  24. This is Mike and I in 2012 at the Alpharetta date when I donated $5,000 to Music For Relief. They let me watch the show on stage for the first 8 songs afterwards!
