To me it looks like by set A, B and C they just mean which song's lyrics are gonna be on the intros (COG/Iridescent/BID). The rotations right now don't make much sense. It's like they're gonna play whatever they want in them.
If I recall correctly, Mike and Emily said they have 5 additions to the set during their KROQ interview, which 3 of them are new songs.
So far we've had Where'd You Go and Up From The Bottom. So we have 2 more songs from From Zero and 1 old song remaining.
My guesses are IGYEIH, Unshatter, QWERTY. Even though I'm still hoping for Final Masquerade.
It's gonna be Welcome 10th anniversary in a way as well. Since I don't think Mike would do anything with Fort Minor anymore, if something's ever gonna happen with it this year, I'd rather have everything they got on Fort Minor with this 20th anniversary thing. I'd love to have a full 2015 one-man-band show included in there.
I hope they just release everything Fort Minor and be done with it.
Based on what Mike said on discord, I wonder what everyone's story is.
For those who don't know, he said Joe asked everyone to think of a "place" they thought of when listening to the song.
For me, Summer Sonic 2006 is right behind Rock am Ring 2007 as the shows I would love to watch the full version of. It doesn't seem likely to happen, but it would be such an amazing thing for the fans.
For me personally, it's been because I've been listening to the song since it was leaked two weeks ago, so I'm not as excited to talk about it as I was then. It's a very good song but it's not a mind-blowing one or something big that would start a new era.
Also, most people here are more into live stuff, so I think when the tour begins, there will be more activity here.
Let's be real, they're too lazy to change them.
They should've kinda' turned it into a FZLive thing for the 2nd disc alongside the new tracks. Overflow live is such a beast.
I was not really big on Overflow but the live version changed my mind. Let's see how UFTB does live. Right now it's an alright song to me.
And yes, radio-friendly is good, but I don't want the band to make and release songs to be only radio-friendly.
Speaking of creativity and innovation in music, the modern rock and metal bands that were mostly influenced by LP in some way are killing it out there. LP wouldn't stand a chance if they can't come up with something fresh and exciting in the future, especially with their next album.
This is a very cool video. I wish we could get more of these and with different instruments. It would've looked even better with more camera angles, like kicks view for example.
