  1. Happy Birthday SergSlim! Enjoy your day. Nice to have you around.
  2. Looking at the recording, it was Look At U first, then Technical Difficulties. There are sections which make it easier to tell what songs they are, like at the beginning. The same few seconds that starts off Look At U on the record are there before it all gets distorted.
  3. They sampled Mos Def on the chorus of B-Boy Document '99 by High & Mighty (it's mentioned on the exclusive page). Mos Def just guests on the song though.
  4. Unfortunately I haven't seen QWERTY live myself but I'll go with NRL. If Mike could pull it off that would be a big achievement, and if seeing QWERTY live meant that we would never hear NRL, then I would choose NRL. Though seeing both (for QWERTY: particularly the SS 06 version) would be awesome...
  5. It really doesn't sound like any fake that anyone has put out there, the fakes tend to stand out, you just know they're fake. *suspends further judgment*
  6. DBS might not visit Australia, the plans don't seem set in stone.
  7. It's just so they can separate the bonus tracks from the rest of the record. Mike wanted Slip Out The Back to have emphasis, and for it to be the same for both versions.
  8. I'm hoping Chester means 10 original songs. I'm still hoping the CD includes something extra. E.g. - An acoustic version of Let Down - The performance at the ReAct Now show - An acoustic version of The Morning After - The performance at Club Tattoo 13th Anniversary Party I'm not complaining though, "Quality not quantity" as some put it.
  9. By "Australian radio stations could play it anytime, so we don't know." I did mean on Monday. I was saying we don't know exactly when they will play it, but the Kevin & Bean show is on a separate day altogether Australian time, so of course New Divide will be played in full before the US. They'll surely play it during the day. If anyone wants to listen online to Australian radio to hear the track: http://www.1radio.com.au/
  10. Neil converted the time from the Kevin & Bean show, to Eastern coast Australian time, if you want to listen online to KROQ. Australian radio stations could play it anytime, so we don't know.
  11. Happy Birthday Mark and alexlp! It seems there's a lot of birthdays in May, and New Divide will be a late present for some of us.
  12. Happy Birthday Anthony! Enjoy partying Thanks for the show, great work LPL.
  13. Happy Birthday! I hope you enjoyed your day. That's pretty cool for you to have the DTA release on the same day. :)

  14. Yes, and it's pretty much guaranteed that "Give Me Your Name" will be on it because it was on the original tracklist for the CD. The Sunset Sound CD includes the heading "1/19/2009 Ruff Mix" so they aren't finalized yet. Edit: On second thought, Chester has changed his mind several times as to whether the album is complete during the recording process. So, things could still change.
  15. Hey sorry this is some more stuff I have banked up. It was easier to do them together because they were linked. The FM Aus. and NZ tour was crossed off but accidentally wasn't done/overwritten etc. http://lplive.net/forum/index.php?showtopi...ost&p=13784 JK All Songs Played Live (d-m-y) JK All Songs Played Live (m-d-y) JK Collabs (d-m-y) JK Collabs (m-d-y) Updates 27th Feb I wrote them in d-m-y then just changed it to m-d-y, and thought it would be good for your own info if I just uploaded it since I had done it that way anyway.
  16. Thanks Felipe for this interview. Qs for JK: Is a concept record something you would like to explore as musicians? Is an Australian (and New Zealand) tour possible for the DTA touring cycle?
  17. Taking a break seems likely. They could tour together for a few international shows, it would mean DBS could go to the Southern Hemisphere since I doubt DBS would pay to visit the Southern Hemisphere alone. I hope I'm proven wrong, I'd love to see Let Down. Though it will be a drain on the body. IMO, I like the idea of giving the band a name, rather than calling it Chester Bennington. What do you think?
  18. Some of the original post has been changed for tense, and the link and the text at the bottom were added. Just letting people know, as Joe was not wrong to not believe me. The topic name was "***SPOILER*** Julien-K Feb 17". I thought creating a thread with that title would help achieve a happy medium. That way it wouldn't ruin the surprise for those who don't open the thread. I would be perfectly fine for it to stay in the Got News? section. I'm sorry to anyone disappointed.
  19. I should have posted it earlier but it didn't occur to me. I wouldn't blame you for not believing me, even a screenshot wouldn't be good enough. The proof will come either in a month and/or by using web.archive.org in 6 months times LOL. I think it was about 3 days ago now. I don't get it now I check again, and it's there. http://www.metropolis-records.com/artists/?artist=julienk Under "Also available from Julien-K" and the code is MET 587. The "buy & download" button links to this address. "KICK THE BASS (DIGITAL ONLY SINGLE) buy & download | MET 587 coming february 17 01. Kick The Bass RA MP3 02. Dreamland"
  20. Fellow Julien-K enthusiasts, February 17 - Release of the Kick The Bass Single with Dreamland (Digital download only) It's up on the Metropolis Records site since few days ago stating the date and that it could be downloaded from several online retailers including iTunes. You can check the songs list here http://www.metropolis-records.com/artists/?artist=julienk. Well, finally we'll have Dreamland thoughts?
  21. Seriously awesome! I'm really hoping for this to be released. Goodluck Felipe.
