LPU90 Posted June 30, 2011 Share Posted June 30, 2011 (edited) I think they dropped this songs not becuase of last euro tour setlist but because of the festival's system and i think that's right just like an example I'm in Imola last sunday and im' disappointed that they didn't play BITS and SOTD even if they played in stockholm (same set as imola), but it's understandable that in a festival scheme they want to have the crowd going crazy for the whole show even if is shorter than usual, so they had to drop slower songs or songs that not everyone knows. that's my thinking but I'm might be wrong. Exzero Posted June 30, 2011 Share Posted June 30, 2011 They don't need to drop songs that nobody knows. They can play some songs and maybe the crowd would be crazy. But they don't try it. The Sets are good but when they play only singles then I say the time will come and Linkin Park will become a boring band that nobody want to see anymore because they play only singles. When I go to a festival and I don't know who that band is, hear a song from the unknown Band and think "yeah this sounds good", then maybe I go after the festival in the next store and listen to that album and then maybe I buy it. It's the same with Linkin Park when somebody from the outside think ...boah they are bad..and hear some of the other songs "non singles" maybe this person like it. And when somebody Linkin Park known only because of the name, then they can play everything. I think it's just excuse from LP.
