Demos You Like More

What demos do you like more than the finished versions? If you don't like a full demo, but like part of a demo better than the final song, tell us about that.

 

I like the In the End and Crawling demos more than their finished counterparts. The verses on In the End's demo are much better-written in my opinion and the added rap segment on Crawling really adds to the song and I wish it was in the finished version.

Anyways, "the untitled" is easily the best, and also one my favourite demos, specifically due to Mike's lyrics. I really wish Mike had stuck with these for the final version.

 

Also, Figure.09 is another favourite. I dare say, if the song had lyrics in the verses, it would destroy the final version. The bridge is epic!

The only demo which I like more than the song, it's Drum song.

I'd Have to say:

 

- Part of Me (8 Track Demo is awesome, Chester Screams = Win)

- SuperXero (For some Reason sounds more "raw" than By Myself)

- Points ("My Pride is Stronger" version, something like that lol)

- Rhinestone (In my ears WAY better than Forgotten)

- Figure.09 Demo (I'd say Equal to the Album version, Love both)

Mike sounds amazing in this track. The verse is really nice, the rap part would be sick, and the chorus was beautiful. The bridge, eh, it was okay but it was fresh. I would love to hear an extended/finished version of this. Mike sounded great on this.
