SergSlim Posted September 8, 2010 Posted September 8, 2010 Yeah, nice song. I really liked it in Need For Speed, sung by Snoop Dogg, if I'm correct. This interpretation is also a good one. Quote
JZLP-Benningstrong Posted September 8, 2010 Posted September 8, 2010 I wanted Chester to show off =( at some parts he doesnt even sound like him. Quote
Astat Posted September 9, 2010 Posted September 9, 2010 I wanted Chester to show off =( at some parts he doesnt even sound like him. Riders on the Storm just isn't the type of song that's suited for that kind of stuff at all. Had Chester sung Whole Lotta Love, that'd be a whole different story. Speaking of Whole Lotta Love, I was quite disappointed in that one. They played it WAY too fast, and Chris Cornell even got some of the lyrics wrong. That's pretty embarrassing for a song of that caliber. Quote

Ive always liked the song (Dad being a fan of doors too), This version is actually really Unique and I love the relaxed mood. Good Stuff Not a bad album my I add. Quote
AParallelogramInTheSand Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 (edited) I saw Janelle Monaé, who's featured on one of the tracks, in concert a few weeks ago, she failed. I had listened to some of her stuff on youtube beforehand, and thought it was decent. Hearing the live set, it was obviously she used an extreme amount of autotune or something because she was horrible. However, "This is a Cold War" was good.
