Acodemaster Posted August 26, 2008 Posted August 26, 2008 Chris can't hold a candle to how aaron lewis sings his vocals on it... though he is louder, ill give him that Quote
hahninator Posted August 26, 2008 Posted August 26, 2008 I agree with that, but still, it was awesome. HHH over the intro is one of my favorite parts of the show, and I thought Chris coming out was badass. Just more treats for the crowd, honestly. Their reaction owned and I actually did like his vocals on it. Good stuff. But Chester on Hunger Strike. omg Quote
[AndOne] Posted August 26, 2008 Posted August 26, 2008 I think it's wicked. The mess up on Mansfield was funny though. Quote
Braininator Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 I don't like Chris' voice when he sings the second verse. But the Reanimation harmony.... love it. Quote
leftshoe18 Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 it just sounds so weird for chris cornell to be singing a linkin park song. it's something i'd always wanted to hear (i'm a big fan of cornell's voice), but it just sounds weird. Quote
pbizkit33 Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 Chris Cornell awesome on this song only when he remembers the words though. Quote
danielpsoad-09 Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 It was a good collaboration, but I don't really like Chris' vocals on Crawling. I don't know, maybe a 'reanimated' version of One Step Closer with Chris singing Jonathan Davis' parts would have been better. Quote
Papelbon Posted August 31, 2008 Posted August 31, 2008 I like the harmonies but I'm not a big fan of the verse, but thats just my opinion Quote
Acodemaster Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 Nah, don't care for it.How could you not care for it? it's fucking EPIC live. Quote
harakiri Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 i love chis' voice, he's always been one of my fav singers, but on crawling i don't like him too much, i must say. his voice doesn't fit the song, and i'm prolly too fixed on hearing aarons voice on it... Quote
Legend Posted September 2, 2008 Posted September 2, 2008 It's definatly badass, but like someone stated before, we are used to hearing Aaron in the song. {SMILIES_PATH}/icon_razz.gif Quote
linkinmetalfanatic Posted October 15, 2008 Posted October 15, 2008 i dont really like Cornell's music so needless to say i didnt like him singing it....honestly at the show i was at when cornell said this is my last song the crowd cheered....we wanted LP to come out lol....so yeah sorry guys Quote
Geki Posted October 16, 2008 Posted October 16, 2008 It's pretty good, I like it. I think the best performance of it is from Woodlands. Quote
