New album by grandson called "I Love You, I’m Trying"  is out today. Mike made a contribution to one of the songs from that album. The song is called "Half My Heart", Mike is credited for co-producing, co-writing and for doing the background vocals for it. Check the song below:

Neat. I'll have to give this a listen later. I like a few grandson songs.

Nice, this is quite mellow for grandson standards, but it has beautiful melodies! You can definitely tell it's produced by Shinoda though I can't make out his vocals yet.

I really like this more mellow direction Grandson's taking, but it's not my favorite collaboration he and Mike have done. 

 

That being said, I absolutely LOVE the second verse, and I immediately rewound to that part. Would love to hear Mike sing a bit of this someday at one of his shows.

The whole album is great. The title song, this one and Murderer are probably my favorites. 
 

Also it seems like this one will be the next single.
