Original post 07.01.2017: A few hours ago, Chester Bennington has made a surprise appearance during the taping for the upcoming Comedy Central series called "The Comedy Jam" in The Fonda Theater to perform "In The End" with a group of yet-to-be identified comedians and musicians. Short videos filmed from the audience: Watch | Watch | Watch As CPlusComedy.com reported on December 20th: "Fans of The Goddamn Comedy Jam special that aired a few months ago on Comedy Central will surely like the subsequent series. The Comedy Jam (renamed for obvious reasons) will bring the live music/comedy show hybrid to the network for eight episodes Comedy Central said in a release. The special and show feature comedians telling personal stories and then having a song that relates to said story played and sang with a live band. Plus, you can be a part of the audience at the Fonda Theatre in Hollywood. Tickets for the performances (January 7, 8, 11, or 12) can be found here. The Comedy Jam is set to air in late March. Below is the awesome lineup. Plus, more will be announced in the coming months. This performance at the Comedy Jam somehow reminded me of the transformers show in 2009: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=THgi-ZZZUvQ He sounds really similar to this performance IMO. Im really excited to see LP play live again. I think they needed this year off from touring, even though we didn't get any (full band) live performances, they made a good choice taking a year off. The guys are getting older, they need the rest. I also think their year off will improve their live shows, and make them more excited to play again. I thought that he sang it here without anger and hatred he had back in the day, because of drugs etc. He is singing with more soul and using his inner rock n' roll here.
