Do you think this interlude has a hidden message? We could take it as a kid who can't sing along to the song because of the language, but why would Linkin Park ever let us know that? They don't care. Maybe the comedy has something darker and more serious underneath?

I don't think there's any significance to the interludes. Listen to The Shape of Punk to Come all the way through once, and you'll immediately figure out where they got the idea.
