hahninator Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 Louder Than Life Festival in Louisville, Kentucky, a new rock festival, has announced their lineup for the first edition of their festival. It will take place at Champions Park in Louisville on October 4th and 5th. Stone Temple Pilots will play on October 4th. Other bands that day include Alter Bridge, Limp Bizkit, Korn, Judas Priest, Memphis May Fire, Of Mice And Men, and more. The addition of a new Stone Temple Pilots date in October means that Linkin Park will have some time off in the fall and STP will be able to head back out on tour, so stay tuned for more dates as they are added. HybridARG Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 Damn. I was hoping for an South American tour by that time. So we need to wait for 2015 , i guess. Quote
hahninator Posted June 5, 2014 Author Posted June 5, 2014 I'll be there! Looking forward to this a lot. Chester really jams on stage with STP. I hope they add a Nashville Ryman show and Atlanta Tabernacle show right after this, if possible. That'd be a great little run. Quote
JZLP-Benningstrong Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 I hope this is STP without CB, I want LP in mexico ASAP. Quote

maik_gianino Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 Looks like Linkin Park will play in 2015 in our latin lands. Let's wait and see what happen. Hope not. Quote
JZLP-Benningstrong Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 The name of the festival makes me think about BSB. Quote
Geki Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 It's a nice line-up. STP with Chester is awesome obviously, plus there is Judas Priest, KoRn, Alter Bridge and Of Mice & Men? I like Of Mice & Men a lot, I've always wanted to see them live. Don't care at all for Memphis May Fire (practically hate them) but this line up is great for a rock festival. Quote
Mesck547 Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 I'm so jealous at those who will be able to go this show. STP w/ Chester and Of Mice & Men together is just an awesome lineup. Quote
Astat Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 Could easily just be a one-off show with no STP touring plans. Doesn't necessarily impact LP. Quote
maik_gianino Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 Another Show announced, The Woodlands, TX July 19th: http://t.co/54nvkVPppi Quote
