Fu sounded great in the mix, same with the solo, but the "uproars" were obviously edited in. DBS was in the midst of turning all these Paramore fans on to DBS. If this was a show to everyone on LPL, everyone would be ecstatic.

Ok, so who the hell is recording this friday? It NEEDS to be recorded..

According to MTV, the highest point of DBS' set was CBI...not really, IMO.

I hate how DBS isn't announced as DBS. They're being labeled DBS featuring Chester Bennington. I don't think FM was ever labeled as FM featuring Mike Shinoda.

Chester did Morning After at some LP shows in like 2001, but that was before DBS was totally solidified.

He said he doesn't like One Step Closer either but they still play that.

Haha, I was at Bamboozle! Runaway was great...I didn't read the messageboards then so I thought Runaway was always played. The extender for Faint certainly came as a surprise as well...No More Sorrow seemed kind of stale, but it gradually got more epic as the MTM cycle progressed. Right before Crawling, Chester tried to take out Tyler but he was asleep. First concert ever, one of my all time favorites.

Most likely it's fake but you never know...no other supporting acts have been announced yet which is odd. Usually they release the dates and bands at least a few months before the tour. If the tour is in late 2009, we only have 4 months left if you count the rest of this month...

 

I'd like to see DBS tour with a more alternative band on their album tour. A Day To Remember, Escape The Fate, Chiodos again?

ETF is on tour with Atreyu, ADTR is doing their own tour and Chiodos dumped Craig Owens.

You do realize Linkin Park is a huge band right? That's been around like 10 years or so? They need something new, they really don't have to be playing single single they have at this point in the tour.. especially the last show. Linkin Park should care about their hardcore fans moreso than a fan who barely even knows their music. It's because of those hardcore fans that they are where they are at in the first place.

LP do care about their hardcore fans, but this isn't LP's night. It's Tool's and the Tool fans who are casual LP listeners got to listen to all their radio singles. Obviously, a show that appeals to the hardcore fan would have treats like Runaway, Figure 09, etc. LP also made room for DBS as well. When 2010 rolls around, they're gonna have 4 albums and ND to cycle through. Expect the singles and some rarities.

Edit: Next year is 10th Anniversary of Hybrid Theory, the "deep-cuts" are going to be in there, definitely.
