2.02.2002 (Madison) Last night was so awesome. Morgan and I drove to Madison to see Linkin Park at the Alliant Energy Center. We left my house about 2. We arrived in Madison around 4-4:30 and decided to visit the Westgate Mall, which is only about 10 minutes from the A.E.C. After walking around we realized how boring it was and left. We stopped at some other stores on the way to the Concert. We arrived at the doors about 5:30 and waited in line outside until they opened the doors @ 6. We were amongst the first 20 people, until a security guard came and opened another door. I grabbed Morgan and we ran over there. We ended up being the third to go in, which is why we got inside so fast. The cute security guard had to frisk us. He made me throw my camera to the side before we could enter. That made me mad!! I still think that if I would have been smart and hid one, (you know where) I could have taken some awesome pictures! But hopefully I will get some from other fans on the Internet. We had to walk down the short stairs to get to the bottom level. At the bottom of the stairs was a merchandise booth. I guess the adrenaline rush made us go right past it. As you walk in the coliseum you can either go sit on the floor or pick a seat on either side. We joined everyone on the floor in front of the stage but decided we didn't want to be in the mosh pit/body surfing area. So we moved to the seats. We were on the right side of the stage right in front of the part they can come out on. I couldn't believe how close we were! While we were sitting there I decided I better go buy a T-shirt before all the good ones are gone. So I left and bought one for $25.00. While we were sitting there, Morgan was like isn’t that the DJ guy from LP? I looked at the guy who was walking from the backstage area to the DJ booth in the back. It looked like him but it didn’t actually hit me that it was until he was at the DJ booth. He walked right by and I didn’t pay any attention. I’m so dumb! After 1 ½ of sitting listening to DJ-Ztrip, they announced the concert was about to start! All of a sudden the whole middle audience jumped to their feet and literally rushed the stage. It looked so cool. And when looking through the crowd you could see how jammed tight they were. The first opening act was Adema. The stage was set up with lots of lights that became very blinding at times. They were pretty good. I liked some of the songs but some were to hard core for me. (Marky, the lead, singer was cute!). They were drinking beer and smoking while singing. The lead singer took off his shirt and announced that the next song was about his little sister back home going through problems. We thought it was going to be a somewhat slow song with feeling but we were wrong! The drums started and the guitars came in. and it was so hard-core metal that you couldn’t hear the words. One of the guitar players threw guitar picks into the audience throughout the song. They were on for about an hour. After they came off the stage DJ-Ztrip came on and played some good songs and livened up the crowd. They were giving away shirts and stickers the craziest fans in the crowd. About 5-10 Minutes later he announced that cypress hill was ready. The lights went out and the stage opened. The stage was set up pretty cool. There was a big skull covering the DJ stand. On the skulls forehead was green leaf (weed). They had mellow lights. They were pretty good. I knew and liked more of their songs. I liked the first few songs until they played some hard-core rap/rock. They played my favorite song “insane in the membrane”. Wow did that song get me hyper. After a few songs they went off and we thought Linkin Park was finally going to come on. I mean I was getting into the opening acts, but I wanted to see LINKIN PARK. I didn’t know how much longer I could wait. The lead singer walked out with a joint in his hand. Then he was like, “how many of you mother fuckers like to get high?” the whole room shook from all the stomping feet and cheering. He was just puffing away while he sang. In the middle of the song one of the guys brought out a bong. And of course the crowd rumbled again! The other lead guy lit it as one of the members puffed away on it. It was so weird seeing that. Morgan looked at me and was like, “where are the cops, Isn’t that illegal”? I nodded and we laughed. After a few minutes I sat down from boredom. It seemed like the night was going on forever. Finally about 9:30 they went off the stage and DJ-Ztrip came on again. Then he started living up the crowd by saying” who came here to see Linkin Park?” and playing some lines from their music. The whole crowd chanted LINKIN PARK, LINKIN PARK. It was driving me crazy, ‘cause being so close to the stage I could see people moving around behind the curtain. Then it was finally show time. The whole place went black and the stage curtain raised up very slow, as the fans grew louder and louder. Aside from the two silver statues of the “Man-Fly” figure found on the Hybrid Theory CD cover; There was nothing else on the stage, leaving the guys enough room to move around freely. First Rob came out wearing a black shirt and pants with a backwards hat on. He walked over to the drums and started to get ready. Next Joe came out and took his throne by the turntables. Then out came Phoenix wearing all black and Brad wearing a red shirt with black pants. And Finally Mike and Chester came out. Mike was wearing a green shirt with green cargo pants. Chester was wearing navy and white pajama bottom pants with a navy shirt. They came out from opposite ends of the stage. There was a loud roar in the audience as they walked around waving to all the fans. Making sure to see the fans sitting way on top. Within’ seconds they went into their 1st song “With You”. That song gets me hyper every time. They had so much energy and had no trouble getting the fans to bounce up and down throughout the whole concert. It was so much fun. They rocked the house! Chester stated, “I see a lot of you fuckers crowd-surfing, and moshing out there. We love that shit. Just show each other some respect. And there are some strong women here tonight. When they crowd-surf, that is not an invitation to grab their titties”. You could hear all the girl scream and whistle. They said, “Ok lets make sure we got this right. If someone falls what do you do”. The crowd replied with..."pick 'em up". Chester replied with, “Good now are you fucking people ready to have some fucking fun”. The 2nd song was “Runaway”. Mike did really well with his part in the song. But we already know how he rocks the mic!! The 3rd song was “Papercut”. They sang this song so well I can’t even describe it. They looked so good and you couldn’t take your eyes off the stage. Chester climbed up on the drum set spun around as he leaped off to the stage floor. He hit the ground, at the same time rob hit the drum, to start their 4th song, “Points Of Authority”. This is one of my favorite songs and I couldn’t help myself I was head banging and singing along. Rob was just a giving it on the drums. For the 5th song mike announced that they were about to sing a song that we may or may not have heard. He told us that we could download it on the Internet. The song was called “Step Up”. He wanted us to help him sing the chorus. When he says “Who Can Rock Rhyme Like This?” we replied with “Like This”. It was fun. Once you got started you couldn’t stop! We blended right in. the 6th song was “pushing Me Away”. I couldn’t believe how much energy they had and how much they involved their fans. Then mike was like “I hope you know this next song. It’s our latest single.” The whole crowd rumbled. “Good. You guys can help me sing it”. And with that in mind they went right into “In The End” the 7th song. I love that song. Both Mike and Chester sang the whole song perched atop fan’s shoulders in the pit. It was so cool listening to all the fans singing along with him. Sometimes you could hear them singing louder than he was. I love how mike uses his arms to sing. They had the whole pit area jumping at the same time. It looked really awesome. The 8th song was “A Place For My Head”. That song was awesome! The 9th song was “Forgotten”. During that song, mike came out along the circular platform on our side and started singing. There was a gap in front of me from the people sitting down. He was like 2 feet in front of me, so close I could see him sweat. He was MCing the part “Now You Got Me Caught In The Act, You Bring The Thought” and the crowd replied with “BACK” as he holds the mic out and finishes with “Telling You That I See Right Through You”. I was just going with the music and watching him do his famous hand movements. While I was watching him, he turned and looked right into my eyes!!! He pointed right at me, smiled and winked. Then he turned around and walked back to center stage. My heart jumped in my throat for about 2 seconds. When mike put on a guitar and waited for Chester to take his mark, I knew what song was next. Rob started the drums and they went right into the 10th song “crawling”. Chester held his part extremely well and made it sound just like you were listening to the cd. One thing I noticed was how soft mikes voice was when he talked to the crowd. Whenever he would talk about the moshing or body surfing or the tour you could sense the sensitivity in his voice. During the songs they took turns going from one side to the other pointing up into the audience and waving to the fans. They announced that we were the loudest crowd so far on the Projekt:Revolution tour. We were even louder than Chicago the night before. Well of course Mike It was sold out! It was pretty funny cause every time the stagehands would bring out water bottles they would take them, take a few drinks, and throw the rest into the crowd. Chester said they were going to slow it down a little bit and got ready to play “My December” which was their 11th song. Mike played the piano part while Chester sat on the front speaker box. You could feel and sense all the feeling in the air. It was a sad song. It was so cool cause the whole coliseum went black and everyone swayed his or her lighters back and forth. Wow, I can’t even express what that was like. As Chester sang you could hear the feeling in his voice. It brought tears to my eyes. I guess you can say it was one of those speechless moments. (And you know I don’t get those to often J). During their 12th song “By Myself”, Chester kept jumping off the stage props. He was just plain crazy. And when he hit his screaming parts in the songs he would throw his body back and forth like a mad man. I remember one time he jumped off the speaker. He must have not gotten good lift off cause when he hit the stage he flew into the monitor where mike was. He made it look like he meant to do that and walked away with a grin on his face. Their 13th and last song of the night was “One Step Closer”. Even though that was the last song, it had the most energy. When the song started was the Que to get in line for the meet and greets. I found that out after the concert!!! After the concert Rob came down with a whole hand full of drumsticks and threw them one by one into the crowd. The last song they preformed was “One Step Closer”. Wow did that song get the crowd wild. You would see a shoe fly this way and a shirt fly that way. The whole concert kept you jumping and energized. And you were literally jumping up and down bouncing, with the guys, to the songs. After the show I wanted to get in line for the meet and greets but was told by a staff member that they didn't have them. We walked around to different merchandise booths trying to find a program. We finally found one. I paid the guy $10.00 for a program and we were on our way to the packed parking lot. We had to inch into the traffic and go with the flow to get onto the road. We took a wrong line and ended up going left instead of right. We made a circle around the town and headed towards the interstate. We were both pretty hungry so we stopped at McDonalds. Upon getting to the interstate we messed up somewhere along the line and ended up having to stop for directions. We arrived at my house a little after 2. I wasn’t tired cause I still had a little adrenaline left so I sat down and started to type this. Then my meds took affect and I slept like a baby............THE END!

Midway though Linkin Park’s raucous forty-five-minute set, MC Mike Shinoda paused to take stock of the crowd. “Where are my pit masters?” he demanded. A hundred sweaty arms waved from the darkness. “Well, this song is dedicated to you,” he continued, “and to all the street-team soldiers in the house.” DJ Josephn Hahn fired up the turntables, and the band crashed into an early song, “And One.” Pit masters, street soilders and grunts moshed in time. Rallying the troops is a familiar rap-rock conceit, but Linkin Park go the formula one better by lacing the usual aggro conventions with a dose of punk solidarity. The band’s debut album, Hybrid Theory, is a rapcore manifesto of alienation that has found a following large enough to push it into the upper regions of Billboard’s Hot 200. The Southern California quintet reciprocated that support by giving the sold-out Fillmore crowd of 1,000 young, mostly male fans a short but frenetic run-through of the entire album. Hahn, drummer Rob Bourdon and bassist-guitarist Brad Delson churned out rap-punk collisions for frontmen Shinoda and Chester Bennington as the pair energetically traded rhymes and hyperbolic singing. They waxed nostalgic on the synth-pop “Crawling,” got cool and creepy on the grinding love plaint “Pushing Me Away” and chanted with members of the warm-up act, Styles of Beyond, on “Points of Authority.” Linkin Park are more Deftones than Limp Bizkit, more about being young and pissed-off than dumb and aggressive. Even better, they adhere to a set of punk ethics rare in the rock industry. With feedback still buzzing from the night’s final number, “One Step Closer,” Shinoda and Bennington dove into the crowd. They stayed there, signing autographs and chatting, long after the house lights went up. Now that’s proletarian punk.

For a rock band that prided itself on not swearing on their debut album Hybrid Theory, Linkin Park lashed out with every variation of the work "fuck" during their only Sydney concert at the Enmore Theatre. And the 1200- strong crowd loved it. It was reassurance that these guys were normal, angst-filled young adults. From the moment the Los Angles band cranked out "With You", the guys proved themselves to any cynics that may have been in the audience. Linkin Park's relentless energy leaked into the audience to ensure that there was not one still, dry body in the venue. And while the punters didn't need any encouragement, the band thought they'd give some anyway. Twenty four year old vocalist Chester Bennington addressed the mosh pit: " Bouncing, bouncing. Please bounce!!" He didn't realize how far that fans would take his request- by the end of the concert the floorboards of the moshpit had caved in beneath the carpet. The band pumped out the songs, only stopping briefly after "Points of Authority" to tie their shoes and have drinks. And while everyone was there to see Linkin Park go off, Linkin Park wanted to hear the audience go off. Rapper and vocalist, 23 year old Mike Shinoda asked the crowd to "Make some real fucking noise!!"While Bennington told everyone: "You're all gonna fucking sing along with us. If you don't sing we're gonna start the fucking song over." They didn't need to issue this threat 'cause the audience was already screaming the lyrics- including the complicated rap in "Forgotten". Shinoda exclaimed afterwards, "That's the first time people in the crowd knew the part, Holy fucking shit!"There's only so much a band can achieve at the tiny Enmore Theatre, but Linkin Park seemed to make the most of the homely venue. Bennington and Shinoda fiercely jumped from one end of the stage to the other. At one point, Bennington used the speaker as his own personal elevated stage, hanging onto a rope for balance. The energetic pace remained for the 75 minute show until the very last song. As soon as the riff began for their monster hit single "One Step Closer", Linkin Park dug into their energy reserves to end the show with a climax that left the whole audience wet. The band generously stayed back after the concert to sign autographs for fans in the mosh pit. After 30 minutes, security told the band to stop signing because the fans weren't moving out. Just outside the venue, a teenage boy was on the road holding up a dirty sneaker in the air. "They signed my shoe!!" the fan exclaimed. It was a great ending to a great concert.

I finally got to see Linkin Park live on October 23rd. I had to drive 2 and a half hours to get to the show in Albany because they weren’t playing any closer to my city. I also went by myself because none of my friends are crazy about Linkin Park and I didn’t get my ticket till the last minute anyway. I didn’t mind though, just as long as I got to see them on stage. I had been to Albany’s Pepsi Arena earlier this year when I saw U2 but the directions I had didn’t really help me get to the place. Once I did get there I couldn’t find anywhere to park for free so I ended up parking by a meter. I was two hours early and out of money since I spent it on the meter and gas, so I waited outside the arena until 6pm. A few people came up to me and asked if I had any extra tickets but I didn’t. I saw a couple kids wearing Linkin Park t-shirts but I think the majority of kids that I saw were there to see Staind. They were selling some Linkin Park t-shirts in front of the doors and maybe if I had the money I would have bought one but I can’t really see spending 40-50 dollars for a t-shirt when you can buy it at Hot Topic or somewhere. So anyway, at 6pm we started getting patted down so I had to stick my camera in my bra or else they would have made me throw away the batteries and film which happened to the girl in front of me. So there’s a trick for the girls, stick your camera in your bra, they won’t even notice and they can’t pat you down on your chest or butt anyway *lol* I didn’t have a general admission ticket so I couldn’t go on the floor. I wasn’t very close to the stage but I was on ground level and I could tell who was on stage. The arena was packed and kids kept jumping over the barricades to get on the floor once the concert started. I don’t know what the big deal is anyway, stupid security. Actually, my dad works as a security guard at our arena so I guess I shouldn’t say that. While we’re on the topic of security guards, have you ever noticed how annoyed they look to be there? You just know they hate the band playing and wanna get the hell outta there. Anyway...Deadsy was first, I didn’t even know they were playing. I’m not a fan of their’s, I’ve never heard any of they’re stuff but they weren’t too bad, if your into nu-metal. After they played for half an hour, Static X played, I didn’t know they were gonna be there either. If you’re a Static X fan, you may not wanna read what I have to say about them. I don’t like any of they’re songs, I think they sound like shit. All they do is scream and make a ton of noise, I’m sorry but that’s my opinion. By the time they were through and Linkin Park finally came out, I had the worst headache ever. Whether it had to do with the noise or not eating all day, I don’t know but I pushed it aside when Linkin Park came out. When the curtains rose, Joe was at his turntables, Rob was behind his drums and Phoenix and Brad were standing on stage. Then Mike and Chester came out and they started off with “With You,” at least I think they did, my mind is a blur. They played almost all the songs off of Hybrid Theory and they did “Step Up.” Mike played guitar on “Crawling” and one other song. By the way, Joe and Mike did shave they’re heads *lol* and Brad has a broken foot. During some of the songs, he sat down. Mike got the crowd singing along and waving they’re arms in the air, everyone seemed really into it. Chester was in the mosh pit during one of the songs and at one point, he jumped on Phoenix’s back and ended up on the floor *lol* They’re performance was just how I imagined it would be. They played with so much energy and enthusiasm, you can see they love being up on stage. I just wish it had lasted longer cause I didn’t want it to end. At the end of the show, they did “One Step Closer” and Aaron Lewis from Staind came out and sang Chester’s vocals for the end of the song. Then it was all over. I stayed for Staind and after they were done, I headed home because my headache was really getting to me. So unfortunately I did not get to meet the band. There were so many people there and I didn’t know where they would be anyway, I just couldn’t deal with the aggravation. Am I kicking myself over not staying, of course, but like I said, I couldn’t handle the pain. To make matters worse, I had to drive home in a rainstorm in the pitch black. Am I happy I went? Was it worth it? Of course, I’d do it again in a second and next time, I will meet Linkin Park.

Review:by Dave LINKIN PARK - Live review 2/14/01 alien ant farm opened up this show. and i had heard their music before, so i wasnt expecting much. and for a while, i didnt get much. their songs had nothing more to offer than most any other band i can think of. they didnt have much of a melody, all their songs sounded the same. however, their last song made me a fan. im only a fan of this band when im hearing this song, and im going to see them live again JUST to hear this song again. at the end of their set. the singer asked "anybody out there like michael jackson?" i screamed hell yeah. i dont listen to his stuff much now anymore. but there isnt a person on earth that didnt jam to him when they were 10 as i did. most people boo'd but i was screaming for it. he then said "ok. well this ISNT a michael jackson song". and then went into a cover of the jackson song "smooth criminal" at least i think thats what its called. i was singing along and i tried to start a pit. however, noone cared. oh well. when taproot was about to come on everyone was going nuts. and all the ego-driven testosterone driven man pushed and shoved to the front. when one guy got up there. he told all 254 of his friends "hey, come up here with me" i hate people that do this. i kept saying to myself "taproot are pretty cool, but they arent THAT great" and i stand by my convictions, i bought their "gift" cd and i realy cant get into it. its ok and all but its just not what im realy into. however, as i stand by my convictions about their cd. i stand corrected about them live. i can honestly say, that out of the 130 plus bands that ive seen so far, that the signer for taproot (stephen) is the craziest and most daring front man that i have ever seen live (shxt, this guy even tops j.s. clayton from pitchshifter!!!) im sure you have all been to shows where the singer will stagedive in the crowd. well, stephen did that. im sure youve probably been to shows where the singer will let people sing into the mic as well. stephen did that too. youve probably even been to shows where the singer will jump in the pit and sing while moshing with their fans. again, stephen did this as well. but what other show have you ever been to, where they not only stage dived....but BALCONY DIVED as well. he climbed up onto the balcony for a song (i forget what song) walked around for a bit, stoped at an area to the right (if your facing the stage) and the music halted. he told everyone to get ready, they did, and he plumited all the way down. that was fxcking cool. they get MAD points in my book for that stunt. i will DEFINATLY see this band again. i may not listen to their cd much, but THAT made me a FAN!!! they may not have a whole lot going for them musicaly (i still dont think they have much to offer that 100 other bands dont do better) but they DAMN sure back it up live. GO SEE THIS BAND!!!!! Linkin Park. finaly. last time i went to see this band i was dicked over for my tickets, had to scalp one for 30$ outside the venue, and walked in a few minutes before linkin park walked OFF. needless to say i was pissed. however, this time i bought my tickets the DAY they went on sale and i was DAMN sure not missing them this time. they opened up with "with you" and played what, EVERY ONE of their songs on hybrid theroy? i cant recall any ONE that they DIDNT play. their set was an hour long and they even played "high voltage" and "and one" from their old hybrid theroy ep (as in, when their name WAS hybrid theroy) i have the ep and its great, i highly recomend anybody reading this review to BUY IT, that is, if you can sell your soul to satan to find a copy. that motherfacko is RARE AS FXCK!!! linkin were just as down with their fans as tarpoot was, they were giving props to crowdsurfers and one guy they even pulled up on stage to help sing. (i think the guy got thrown out of the venue though for not getting off the stage when the security guards told him to at the end of the song, and when he was ready to get off. he tried to stage dive. which is forbiden at the SHXTTY @$$ newport music hall in columbus, oh. (i hate this venue) one of the coolest things about linkin parks set, was that during one step closer, mike jumped down to let people sing with him, and when the song was over. HE DIDNT LEAVE. instead, the rest of the band came down and talked to everyone in the pit. AND STAYED THERE for a good hour or so. signing everything that everyone wanted them to sign. they didnt even leave to go change clothes or NOTHING!! fxck yeah!!! i asked joseph hahn (their turntableist) about why they didnt play "my december" his comment: "we tried to keep it upbeat, if we played that live, everyone would fall asleep" ah hah. thats funny. of course i told him otherwise. thus ends one of the best concerts ive ever been to (3 key factors made this one so great, a) the michael jackson cover, taproot singer diving from the balcony into the pit, and c)i finaly got to see a full linkin park set this time. WOO HOO!!!!!

Review by Jessica: We got to the venue around 6 o'clock. The show was scheduled to start at 8 so we had to wait about 2 hours in the FREEZING cold. But we entertained ourselves by talking to other linkin park fans on the line. Finally, they began to let us in. I bought a Linkin Park shirt for myself and we checked in all our stuff then went in to the ballroom. It was pretty empty so we were near the front pretty much the whole show and once Linkin Park came out we squeezed our way all the way to the front. The first band came out (Alien Ant Farm) and in my opinion, they totally sucked! I thought they had no talent, their music was horrible, and the band (especially the lead singer) were totally cocky. Every one around my area were booing them and one guy next to me kept flipping him off and the singer got pretty pissed at him and threw a condom at him that someone had thrown up on stage. We were put out of our misery when AAF got off the stage and Taproot came out. Im a big Taproot fan. Ive seen them once before with Deftones, and Incubus and they rocked even more this time. The lead singer (Steve)especially rocks. He even dared to get up at the top balcony walk around a little bit and then jump off into the crowd! Which is crazy because the jump was about 10 feet! He even got in the mosh pit during one of the songs. Their preformance was great and after they got off the stage they were signing autographs on the left corner of the stage so I got to meet the whole band. I told Steve "You guys fucken ROCK!" and he was like "No YOU rock!" and i was like "No YOU rock!" and we did this a couple more times...lol. Then finally, the moment I was waiting for, Linkin Park came out. Words cannot express how awesomely great they did that night. The entire preformance was increadable! They were oozing energy, the music sounded amazing, and the entire audience was jumping and everyone in the whole place was singing all the words, It was so load sometimes you couldnt even hear the band. They came out individually and got straight into "With You". Of course, I pushed my way up the closest I could get and almost suffered from several heart attacks each time Chester or Mike would come over to my side and stick the mic into the audience or something. One time Mike even pointed at me. It was during "A Place for My Head" He had come over to right where I was and looked right at our little section and I just started going nuts and rapping along with him during the part...."Im so sick of the tension, sick of the hunger, sick of you acting like I owe you this. Find another place..." and he saw me basically going nuts and exageratting all the words and he burst out with that great smile of his and pointed at me for a few seconds. They love it when you sing along. Then during "And One" Mike stage dived into the audience. By the time they pushed him back onto the stage, he had lost half of his shirt! The girls, Im sure didnt mind because enough was ripped off to see his boxers. He was pretending to be all pissed off and flipped off the audience a few times. A whole chunk of the back of his shirt was just gone! lol.. so he ran back stage and came back with another tshirt on and everythig was ok. Mike had even played guitar during two songs." Crawling" and "Pushing Me Away". Chester also had a habit of cocking his head back and spitting out a big wad of spit every once in a while. But, I guess spitting all over the stage is a rock-star think to do. Meeting Linkin Park Right after the show was over, Rob grabbed a bunch of drum sticks and threw them out into the crowd. I tried catching one but had no luck. A girl right next to me caught one though. Mike was wetting the crowd with like 15 bottles he had in his hands and the rest of the guys went back stage for a little. Then they all came out to meet there fans. They were hanging out in the area between the first row and the stage and since I was in the first row I got to meet them all (except Joe) and talk to them. I met Brad first and he was so cool. He was trading bracelets with all the girls around me. He had like a million so it was kinda crazy. And I was helping him get one on cuz it was too tight. We had to roll it on his arm..lol. So, I told him I loved him and all that stuff and he signed everything. He was really friendly. Then Rob was next to him. He was a total sweetheart. I told him that Linkin Park was my favorite band and that I loved them so much and yada yada, and he was like "Thank you so much! that means a lot to us. I really appreciate it!" and he asked what my name was and I said Jessica and he shook my hand and was like "Its nice to meet you Jessica" and he asked me when Ive seen them play before. Then I met Chester..wow..he is so hot. Like a gazilion times hotter up close. He was really quite though and didnt say much to anyone. This body guard came up to him with an autographed poster and asked him if he had signed it yet and he was like inspecting it and trying to figure out if his signiture was on it already. It was cute, he was like "Yeah, I did. No wait I didnt. I dont fucken know!!" so then he just signed it again, or not again. whatever. This girl next to me was like hyper ventalating and screaming"Chester! Chester! OH MY GOD!" she was beeing really annoying, teeny-bopper-ish. but chester found it amuzing and was cracking up and laughint at the girl. I shook his hand too (he had really soft hands) and then I met Phoenix who was really cool. And last I met Mike. He was all the way on the other side surounded by a million fans but I just pushed and shoved my way to the front because there is no way I was going home without Mikes signiture. So it took a while but I got to the front and Mike signed my stuff and flashed me that cute smile of his and right after he signed my paper the body guard next to him was like "Alright thats it,no more!" and litterally shoved Mike away and he left so I got the last autograph!!! How lucky am I?!! So, then we just went home. I felt like I was walking on air the rest of the night. It was a great night, the best concert I had ever been too, plus I met Linkin Park!
