I would have definitely extended SKIN TO BONE and VICTIMIZED, combined The Requiem and The Radiance, combined Foreword and Don't Stay, and replaced In Between with No Roads Left.

That's one of the things that really annoys me about the band. You can never tell if they're being serious or not, which does make for some pretty neat surprises, but most of the time just gets me expecting something that will never happen.

I don't think a lot of people here saw any of the Reanimation videos except for Pts.of.Athry. I saw both, and at least Frgt/10 looked like some time was put into it, as opposed to Kyur4 TH Ich.

I actually did watch it, and it was terrible. It was a montage of people break dancing with Mr. Hahn watching.

I still imagine COG survive to at least the top 10, as I think CASTLE OF GLASS was one of their best music videos.

God that would suck. I'd imagine they would have to have some form of short intro, or else the song would just start, similar to Forgotten.

That wasn't the main reason for me not including them. The main reason was that they have gotten voted out previously. I even said in the LT Video Election I would take the top two (POWERLESS and CASTLE OF GLASS) and bring them to this election. The other two would not move on.

I wasn't going to, as they've already been eliminated in the LT Video Election, and they would get voted out almost immediately.

After holding the LIVING THINGS Music Video Election, I realized how boring it is to only have 4 videos in the running, two of which were terrible. So, I decided to just hold a LP-wide music video election. I'm not saying that I would prefer them drop POA over any other song, what I'm saying is by comparison the 2007-2008 era of touring Points of Authority seemed far superior to me. Points of Authority is still one of my favorite songs by the band, and they kick ass with it live, but it was even better with those extensions. I have that same feeling with Bleed it Out. After they dropped the Sabotage bridge, the song wasn't nearly as interesting live.

I agree completely, and I've like every single one of the records Rick Rubin produces, but a lot of people think that with a better producer, LIVING THINGS might have been better, when in reality it was that time limit they set on themselves.

That might be the problem people have.

I've been thinking about this more, and I honestly wouldn't mind if Points of Authority was dropped in favor of a different Hybrid Theory song, like By Myself. I love POA, but the MTM era versions of the song far surpassed it. The intros and outros that were added onto it (Petrified, There They Go, A Place For My Head, just jamming ect.) really made the song one of my favorites from that era of touring. It is still great live, but it just doesn't seem to stand out as much. The same applies to Somewhere I Belong. I like the song, and they've been kicking ass with it this past cycle, but I'd rather see some of the other Meteora songs like Figure .09 or From The Inside. Also, the more I think about it, if they keep playing Bleed it Out like they do, meaning the studio version with no extensions, that would be another song that I wouldn't miss. Similarly to POA, the thing that made than song special live was the extensions in the bridge, especially APFMH and Sabotage. I was never a fan of the studio version of BIO after hearing what they did with it live, and now that they've started playing that again, the song has lost it's luster.

I hope I'm wrong too, but the way the sets have been this cycle, I'd be surprised if they do change anything too much.
