1) Here's what I could find. I'm pretty sure some Europe dates had v2 as well. I'll check that in a moment.West Palm Beach - ??? (No videos that I could find) Tampa - v2 Charlotte - v1 Bristow - v2 Camden - v2 Mansfield - v2 2) I'd say UIG Transition Outro, as it has that drum beat sample layered over the ticking, which acts more as a transition than a simple extended intro. 3) Just put it in the show notes and leave the song notes as "w/ Wretches and Kings, Remember The Name" 4) It fits better as an extended intro to Runaway, as nothing really acts as a transition between Rebellion and Runaway. UPDATE: OK, after checking every video available for Mike's Solo Medley (so every show but WPB), it has occurred to me that Mike does a "Hybrid Verse" of sorts on the WAK section. He mashes up the two verses of WAK instead of just doing one. Whether or not we want to add it/make note of it is entirely up to you guys, just thought I'd point it out.

Sounds like he definitely changed it up, and didn't just screw up, but I can't tell what he's saying. I hear something along the lines of "play it like it's 1988" near the end. I don't know though.
