When something released as audio for sale, but the video broadcast for free - the video source is allowed. This is why: - Rock am Ring 2004 (LPU4) - Live 8 (LPU5) - iTunes 2011 (iTunes EP, BID single and LT Austalian tour edition) Allowed as video source only. But: - Texas 2003 - Milton Keynes 2008 - Madrid 2010 (And of course Roxy 2004 and Berlin 2012 that released only as video sources for sale) Not allowed as both. Maybe it sounds weird, but this is how things are working here as far as I know. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The third show on the Stone Temple Pilots USA tour takes them to Atlantic City, New Jersey on the 7th, where they will play the House Of Blues. Yesterday the band played at the Starland Ballroom that just reopened after an 11 month hiatus due to damage from the Hurricane Sandy. The band played the same set as Bethlehem show, while the show was energetic and received positive feedbacks from the veteran fans of Stone Temple Pilots. You can watch the full show here. After two shows with the same setlist we are expecting for a little change. 'Pretty Penny', 'Wonderful' and 'Dumb Love' marked as Chester's favorites, so they may going to add those to the setlist at some point (maybe even today). One more potential song is the new song 'Black Heart', the lyrics for it were seen on the floor at the rehearsal, meaning it was being rehearsed for the tour. After this show, the band plays Boston's House Of Blues on the 9th, followed by The Paramount in Huntington, New York on the 10th, before hitting Oklahoma City to be the opening act for Mötley Crüe show.
