What the hell, why did they not air the full songs?

They mentioned it a couple of times that most of the music videos are not Joe's own ideas. They pick a treatment (an idea by someone else) and he adds his personal style + additional ideas as a director to it. The same thing happens with all the album artwork now too. They just pick ideas, it's nothing unusual.

There is a slight difference though, the old one has 40 seconds more of the intro in the beginning. The version I have has even Dead and Bloated from STP as a bonus. Whoever originally spread the DVD around removed the bonus.

Since this is a place were some source discussion is going on, I was wondering what I/we (LPLive) should do about Worcester 2001? There 's the old DVD currently listed on the show page and the new transfer by D7 from this year, which is not listed on the show page yet. Should we listen them both as source 1a/b? I think it would be nice to have them both on the show page instead of the new one just replacing the other. What do you guys think?

You are right, they are blocked, I thought I was able to see them in the list at least but I was wrong I guess. It's funny that only these are blocked here usually tons of other bands are blocked here but nothing of LP, but if I can't see it I don't know how much really is blocked lol. The whole situation about the blocked videos is really, everyone hates it cause so many videos are blocked, are unblocker plugins but it's still annoying if you can't find the videos in the first place.

That's like blaming a movie director for a bad plot when he's not the writer, like it happens all the time lol. These 2 or 3 screenshots weren't even finished graphics. A band performance , other than summer sonic, would be probably extremely stupid, that's why they are doing a CGI video.

Weird that it is like that but the Moscow 2011 videos seem to be gone, might be the private videos in the list.

What happened to all the content of the linkinparktv YouTube channel? No LPTV from before the Living Things era and for example the Moscow 2011 videos are gone too.

I don't really see how that can be a band performance video anyway. The teaser pics look really cool.

Give it a quick google search and you'll see the venue is really called Namba Hatch, even their website is called like that. http://www.namba-hatch.com/schedule.html Band websites are VERY unreliable sources for correct venue names. For example LP.com had tons of typos in the past, we went ahead an forwarded corrections to Adam a couple of times. The name on the STP site looks like a translated name along with some sort of address/location of the venue from the booking of the show. For example one that even made it onto the setlist of the show: http://lplive.net/shows/20110618.php "Festweise" small typo I know but it remained from the first announcement until the show. We have several inconsistencies with Japanese city names throught the whole guide. We need to fix that some time. For example we have Chiba City for this years Summer Sonic, while Chiba City is the same as Chiba-shi. I'm not sure if it really needs to be so accurate. It doesn't seem to make any difference to me if something is in Chiba or Chiba City since there are tons of areas with own names, like Manhatten, Soho, Brooklyn etc in New York for example. Nobody knows what city it is if we use the district the show really happened in. I left out the -shi for Osaka for the simple consistency reason that we previously had shows that used Saitama-shi but not Osaka-shi.

D7 will record it from TV for us. It should be on the internet pretty quickly also because the scene groups release the full episodes just like all the other tv shows.

That's how we have it on our show page, being not 100% sure is something we have to deal with all the time. We can't guarantee for something to be 100% accurate.
